Coffee Cup Cafe aka O'Callaghan's — Restaurant in Warren

Horrible experience. Used to be a great place. Now everytime we go we have bad service. I didnt like my food took 1 bite out of the chicken tender and it tasted burnt. Asked for honey mustard got some kind of sugary honey brown mixture that was not honey mustard. I specifically said if you dont have honey mustard (bc when she asked what sauce I wanted I said honey mustard and she said I dont think we have any) which Is when I said if you dont I will have a waffle with sausage. So when I told her I didnt want/like it she said well there is nothing wrong with it. I said it taste burnt and this is not honey mustard. And she said it is honey mustard do you want me to show you the bottle. Then my wife said she just wants you take the plate. Then she took it. After arguing with me and I'm a quiet person which is why my wife spoke up. Then when my wife went to check out the lady slammed down the check and gave her attitude the entire time. I ordered the steak and eggs with toast and home fries, I wanna say the food was decent but the steak however was NOT up to par unfortunately which hey it’s a diner I don’t expect the steak to be top tier but it had to be the worst steak I’ve ever had, had a ton of fat around the edge, didn’t look very appetizing, it didn’t taste like steak at all to me. I nicely told the waitress about the steak not being up to par and she replied “well we sell a lot of them” with an attitude towards me as if she was offended or something like that, no apology or anything came from her I don’t remember her name but she made me feel like I was in the wrong for speaking up about it. It was Easter morning and my husband and I were craving a good breakfast . We live near Ravenna and there was not one single place open anywhere around us . We headed up rt 5 and I picked up this place on Google. I called and the kind lady that answered said yes ! Breakfast was available all day ! Oh my gosh , what an incredible time we had ! The food was amazing , our waitress treated us like family , the cook did such a great job with the food ! The atmosphere was so great !
