Cornerstone Lounge and Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Warren

Incredibly annoying to order carry out with. First off the service when calling in is short and rude, who ever answers seems like calling creates a huge inconvenience for them. I understand that it can but you are working in customer service! At least fake the cheer! Then when ordering we have done different things consistently to ensure the freshness of our order upon delivery back to the office but at, random, times have been told that things can not be done because they refuse to ask or they are to busy, note the fact that our requests have always been MINOR because we do understand how busy they can be! But what has finally gotten me today and decided that we will NO LONGER be ordering from here is the fact that I order a Chicken Lip Salad and requested the Chicken on the side along with my French Fries, otherwise the salad is soggy an no longer appetizing once getting back to the office, only a 7/8 minute drive. But today I was told they no longer put the chicken on the side. ONLY THE FRIES. Now how does that make sense?? I even explained why I wanted the chicken on the side only to get even more attitude! AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME. This place has off the chain good food. The prices are amazing. These days it is hard to find a place you can feed family of five, six, or even seven for under $100. Here are just a few reasons off the top of my head why they are one of my all time favorites - Cold beer, Great Wings (try the Old Grandads), Monster Subs (try the Orginal Dagwood), Salads in a Bowl the Size of a Small Bucket, BIG Great Tasting Pizzas (try the Buffalo Chicken Pizza), Awesome Appitizers, & Many Great Tasting Dinner Options. The owners are dedicated to great food and service. And you would expect for the price that the portions would be small... they are anything but. So bring an appetite or get a take home box before you leave, because you'll be surprised when they set your plate, bowl, or basket in front of you. And this is just the restaurant side. The bar is a local hot spot, not only on the weekends but, during the week days as well. Trust...

After a rainy hike at Rim Rock, my SIL suggested we go to Cornerstone for dinner since she has always enjoyed their food during business meetings there upstairs. Boy, was she right! We showed up with a party of 13 that included 4 teens and 3 10-11 year olds. They quickly set 2 tables up so we could all sit together without any complaint. Our server, Riley, was attentive and friendly to our party, yet easily handled her other tops from what I saw. The food was appropriately portioned, presented and (most importantly) delicious. Only one of us took home some fries. Everyone else cleaned their plates. Even my 13 year old that is super picky. A good portion of our party had daily specials and loved them. Personally, I had the French Onion Burger and can't recommend it enough. We will definitely eat here the next time we're at Kinzua....
