AT&T Store — Local services in Warren

Couple of weeks ago I lost my phone. I was in many places that day and I looked for it for hours. I found an app to locate my phone....turns out it was a scam!Finally I went to the AT And T office in Warren and was helped by Zack and David. These guys go above and beyond good customer service. They are 2 of the most kind young men and after talking with them I calmed down significantly. I have been dealing with the death of my husband....Zack and David know this and every time I go there....they ask how I'm doing. I get tears in my eyes because they are so thoughtful and kind. Sonja was a lifesaver!! I went in to have my father's phone carrier changed from Tracfone to my At&t pay as you go account. Tracfone was a nightmare to deal with and gave 3 different account numbers for the same phone. Sonja handled it like a pro and persisted until everything was handled correctly. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful. They always have the answers to my questions when I stop in, because I'm not real tech-savy. Jeffrey, the Manager at the Warren, PA store, was a MAJOR help. I am SUPER happy and relieved that he was thorough and good with transferring me over to AT&T. I got one of Samsung's newest phones. The process did take a bit of time, but we both went over all of my options of what was available for me in my budgetary needs, he went over all of the needed things in a clear way, and explained things when I didn't understand the fine print of it all.
