When this Tim Horton's first opened, it was phenomenal. Clean, pleasant interior, staff really paid attention. That seems to have changed.
I'm a regular at this particular Tim Hortons, and anymore, I'm not sure why. I'll chalk it down to the fact that it's the only place in a 15 mile radius that I can get my pre-work coffee and not have it taste super bitter and low-quality.
Staff does not seem to pay attention, listen, or care about your order. Missing or incorrect items are a regular occurrence anymore, and when you DO get what you want, it's often sloppily handled. Not to mention, 90% of the time they're out of something.
Today, I stopped before work and ordered:
I was informed that they were completely out of Chicken Noodle, and only had chili in stock. I'm not terribly picky, so I tell them that's fine. I get to the window, and now they're out of "Pumpkin Spice Muffins" when that's not even what I ordered. I get to work and open my soup, and it's Broccoli Cheddar. Luckily, I LIKE Broccoli Cheddar. But didn't they just tell me they were completely out of everything but Chili? Explain that to me, Tim Hortons.

Read moreOne of my wives favorite places to go to till today, I have never been a fan personally but she loved it. Today while trying to order, between every item I order the lady “Brie” Rudely said anything else. Which wasn’t real fun cause I order quite a few things. After mercifully finishing my order I went to the window where after taking my card for payment she wonderfully glared at me between handing me drinks and food. When we got our food we received we got chips instead of muffins, I went to hand them back and they said they couldn’t take them and closed the window. After waiting a minute at the window she came back and I said I need my muffins still, to which she rudely said I gave you two bags. And I said no you didn’t and she goes yes I did. After we had to say we would have the cops come and sort it out they magically remembered not giving us the muffins but didn’t even have the muffins we ordered 🤯. So I took what they had and got out of there, never in my 45 years of life have I ever had that bad of treatment. Absolutely disgusting putrid horrifying customer service. To top it off inside the building as we were waiting the employees looked to be arguing...
Read moreIts embarrassing how slow this establishment is. I have been going here for years and it has now become impossible to go through the drive through without waiting 15 minutes. Yes 15 minutes. For a coffee. Their turnover rate is so big you rarely sill see the same people working. Jamestown Tim Hortons completely blow these guys out of the water. They actually time their drive through experience and work on making it better. The Warren Tim Hortons? They removed the clock!!!
This morning I stood inside for yet another 15 minutes thinking it would he quicker. Man was I wrong! Line to the front door and one person working the register while the other employees stare at the ceiling and pick their nose.
Unfortunately the culture of the store has dramatically gone down hill over the past few years. I'm done with Warren Tim Hortons after 6 years getting coffee every day. I would rather go without than have to wait 15 minutes for bean water.
