Pub 302 & Eatery — Restaurant in Warren

Something more than just the name changed. Our group of friends would drive down from Jamestown for wings at Ralph E's often. It stopped shortly after they re branded. Decided to give them a shot again after some time and even though their wings list is similar, enough has changed. I was always a fan of the snow caps, and grandma's wings. They never used to disappoint. They did this time. The flavors were off, the honey that made grandma's a staple was barely existent, and the snow caps were not what they used to be. We picked this place originally based upon being in the Amex local business promotion, needless to say what a find! We first visited on Tuesday, wing day, and decided to order wings. The wings are simply amazing and the flavors as unique as you will find anywhere. I literally return from Florida every year for the wings. The service is excellent and the staff is super friendly. The bar is cozy and attractively done, but does permit smoking. The restaurant shares the menu but is non smoking. I love Ralph E's wings. I have only had a small amount of other items from their menu.

The staff is friendly and attentive. The bar is visually appealing with plenty of options to choose from.

My main issue is with the smoking. I know they bring in that type of 'crowd', but it is the main reason my family and I will never go inside and eat a meal. Sometimes that is the deciding factor on whether we get their food. If we want a date night it is always counted out,. We only take out. Keep that in mind if you aren't a fan of establishments that...
