Country Fair - Pennsylvania & Buchanan — Local services in Warren

Some days are good, and some days are bad? Sometimes the cashier's are glad you're there, doing business, and others could care less? Been verbally yelled at just 2 weeks ago!! I apologized for "swiping my card too early"?? Upon getting yelled at for swiping my card too early, I was then informed, by the kind gentleman behind the register, that my order was done and he was unable to ring anything else up due to my wrongdoing? I then proceeded to ask him if I could pay for it and then pay for the balance of my order in another transaction? He then exclaimed he couldn't do anything, because I froze his system up? By then I'm looking at the card reader and it had accepted my card and asked me to confirm my payment so I hit yes and confirmed my payment and the register started spitting out my receipt! The kind man just stared at me and bewilderment.. I then asked him if he would please ring up the remainder of my order? I could feel his hostility toward me growing.. I knew he just wanted to reach across the register and ring my neck! As I just wanted to get the heck out of there and not deal with him anymore! I gathered my items ran to my car.. He stared me down the entire way! I still had to pump gas!! Needless to say, it was the longest tank of gas, I've EVER pumped!? Shame on me, for going in "with a smile"!! Wishing you all, much...

Had a bad experience with the Store Manager Anthony or Andrew. I got a cash card preloaded with 50 dollars to get gas. They people did not give me a receipt. I went out with the card and it didn't work. I went back and said this card doesn't work. I had this dumb fat short lady that is clueless. Well I said can you check my card. She said oh it works on my system. I went back out, still didn't work. I went back in and I said just give me my money back. She then said I need your receipt. Well she never gave me one! I said I don't have one you didn't give me one. She said she couldn't give me a receipt or my money back. Then the idiot manager, his name is andrew I think, he has a beard, tall guy came over and he about had the grossiest teeth I've ever seen. And proceeded to tell me that I had to bring in my bank statement proving that I bought gas there to get a refund. I called the corporate office and they send me a check in the mail. These people are ridiculous. I will never buy gas from these...

Was there after midnight and the place was fairly clean. Not busy. We ordered a pretzel melt sandwich and a breakfast sandwich, which were delivered just as we had ordered. The few other items we purchased were a little pricey; we paid for convenience. This store does offer a significant discount on gas when you buy a gift card. I think there's another savings program, as well, but I don't have that info. The prices for the deli lunch meats are much lower than the grocery stores; it's worth it! Often times they have deals on chips & ice cream; check the ads. All in all it's a good convenience store/self-service gas station. 😁 We visited this establishment...
