Dunkin' — Restaurant in Warren

this place has gone down hill. i live around the corner and travel further to go to an alternative dunkin donuts. the staff here are completely immature and unrpofessional. granted they are a bunch of kids, but they act like children. my most recent visit a friend and i had ordered for pick up through the app. a coolata with whipped cream, some coffee for her and 2 donuts, specififcally a powdered donut and maple frosted. we get there (at 6am mind you) and they dont have powdered donuts but replaced it without asking, with a vanillla cream filled instead of just asking when we got there. on top of that, my friend procedes to declare her alternative choice and they procede to charge her for it, and as she sits down next to me she realizes the maple donut is basically crushed amd most of its frosting is on the inside of the bag. i sit there and bite my tongue because when i grabbed my coolatta, the whipped cream that theyhad managed to top my drink with wa flat..deflated...and totally not appropritae. i didnt bother asking for more whipped cream in fear theyd have to tell me they had none (at 6am in the morning) i didnt need excuses. but what happens next is beyond me. mind you, the staff is all girls, and as 2-3 (also young females one of which must have worked there) enter the store and the girls working and the one in line are going back and forth in harassment. it appeared that the one that walked in was being bullied. one of the working staff kept telling her to "shut up" and the bickering continued making it very uncomfortable for my friend and i to remain in the store. the vibe got so wack that we went outside in the pouring and freezing rain 6 minutes ahead of our uber arriving, just to stop the gross energy coming from the staff their behavior, i know this review will probably have little affect on the business or staff as a whole, but if it reaches the ears of those unrpofessional and rude staffworkers, may it shame them into growing up and respecting the money they work for....

I've been ordering a large order via mobile for over a year. Every Monday I spend $50-60 per. I will no longer be doing so. I'll explain. My issues started initially were tied to my mobile orders. I would arrive and my order was never ready. Even when ordering an hour ahead of time every time. I couldn't understand why it was never ready and had to wait. Of course, I wasn't happy. Come to find out, its an issue w/the ordering system. You could order days in advance, the staff isn't alerted until 10 mins prior to the chosen pick up time. I would have had no way of knowing this and the staff response wasn't expected nor warranted!! I explained that I was ordering well in advance, even showed her the screenshot of what time I ordered, only for both of us to realize where the disconnect was. Quality of service completely changed after that. Every order is missing something every single week (which means one of my staff isnt having breakfast that day due to store error). I select the donuts I want based on what I know will be eaten, only to get whatever they want to toss in leaving 1/2 of the donuts go to waste! I have been told a few times that I can go to the app for a refund, which I tried, couldn't figure out, left feedback and never got a response. I refuse to continue to pay for the awful service! Except for the woman who I believe to be the manager (longer sandy colored hair), the current morning staff are nasty/rude. 100% unacceptable. I will find another local business to support that appreciates...

This has been my throw back Thursday on and off since 04. No matter how many times I evacuate Rhode Island I end up back and at Warren Dunkin. I'm a seasoned vet in the dunkin game. I love Neveah, Chris F, Paris I miss you! MacKenzie I miss you! Ladies every one of you works so hard sadly I'm only one Jojo and can't remember everyones name. Everyone one of them greets me by name, is super friendly, warren makes the best coffee have to pass on Barrington. I'm also an advocate for Dunkin employees fair pay I believe they deserve time and a half on Sunday's it's state law in RI, I wrote Ben Affleck after he got like 3 million for his dunking commercials and the one before that. If you love Dunkin Mr. Affleck stand up for what is right for hard New England Dunkin worker's. Also wrote the app too as dunkin staff already has a line a mile long of dunkin addicts, doordash orders can we tip through the app Dunkin? Cash is a thing of the past I feel terrible most days I paid with my card so when I have a cash day I'm making it rain on Dunkin Warren. Hard working crew up early day in and day out you would never know if they were going through any difficulties outside of work as they leave them at home. True professionals! Can we hit the like button and give dunkin warren their flowers. Round of applause never mind 5 🌟's ten 🌟's for the win. Thank you Chris F. For serving me today always thorough, always on point I mean it's Warren Dunkin. This is just how they roll so I'm forever...
