The quality of ingredients is 11/10. The ravioli are so light, and the pasta so diverse. They make squid ink pasta, red pepper pasta, basil gnocchi….also homemade gelato, mozzarella balls, focaccia… I love planning recipes around what I buy from Prica that week.
