Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Warren

Placed an order on 7-9-22 for delivery. Apparently they use door dash to deliver now. The store called me 45 minutes after my order was supposed to arrive to let me know door dash picked up my order and decided not to deliver it to me. I was told I would be issued a refund. I called door dash they said hungry holiest is responsible for the refund because I ordered it through there app. I called hungry howies 7-11-22 to inquire about my refund. They told me 3 business days. I called the store again on 7-18-22. Had no answers for me. It is now 7-20-22 and still no refund nor have I heard from the manager. I order from there all the time. If I do not have my refund by Friday 7-22-22 I will not only order from that store but I will not order from any other hungry howies location ever again. Truthfully it's really not about the money it's about the disregard and disrespect from them. I also called corporate and fell the same about them. I know each store is individually owned but as a corporation you would think that they would be more respectful and take care of the situation rather then saying nothing...

Negative experience:

Not following safety precautions. Gentleman walking around maskless while food is being prepared. Doesn't put on a mask until he see's you up front. Allows more than one customer inside the building at a time.

I Drove 7 miles to pick up order, Was told that they didnt have it the first time. I go home, call the restaurant, then have to drive 7 miles back up there, making two trips just to pick up my original order, after asking them to check it 3 times at first.

Rude attitudes and inconsiderate , I ordered a large pizza and four 20 ounces, and asked if I could have a extra 20 ounce pepsi for the inconvenience of having to make two trips to this place, and manager refused. This is the second time we have ordered pizza from this place. The first time, I ordered a calzone sub and it was delivered to me raw. I went to the store, and the manager gave me such an attitude but remade my order. That was 6 months ago. Tonight, we decided to give them another try. I ordered a deep dish with pepperoni and bacon well done with the 3 cheese Howie bread. Well, the pizza arrived undercooked, the cheese was hardly melted , and bread was well done. On top of that, they put like a gallon of sauce on the pizza. I had to cook the pizza in my oven to make it edible. For the people wondering why I didn't take it back well I had a couple drinks and did not want to drink and drive. Also, now they charge a 7.00 delivery fee. We will definitely never order from them again. Save your money and go elsewhere. I will contact corporate tomorrow on this...
