Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Warren

I recently placed an order for a large deep dish pizza for pickup and decided to add a jets bread to my order. While waiting for the bread to be made, I noticed that the cashier (I will not include a name because I’m not intending for anyone to get in trouble) had been touching credit cards, cash, making a salad, and even scratch his hair all while wearing the same pair of gloves. I just wanted to raise some attention because that is unsanitary and also with Covid-19 still an ongoing issue, workers should be a little more mindful of what they’re touching and remember to switch out their gloves after handling cash and moving onto preparing food. I order almost every Sunday for my staff lunch for the last 2 years never had a problem but today the driver took it to the nearby church and left it on a table in the church. The church people called me and informed about it. I had to send someone to pick it up from there. When I called back to complain about it, the store general manager answered the call. She was very rude and arguing with me. Normally I swear by this location and by Jets pizza in general. I've been a loyal customer for 20 years. Yesterday however I placed and order for delivery to treat my staff to lunch and had no idea the location was closed. The app let me place the order, gave me a confirmation and charged my bank account but then never showed up. I know this likely isn't this local branch's fault but I was very upset.
