Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Warren

Feb. 14th, 2019: I decided to get a heart-shaped pizza for once. I was very disappointed. The pizza didn't look like the picture on Jet's website. I thought it would be a larger pizza and a deep dish pizza with sauce & topping edge to edge per the picture. I was wrong. It had a lot of crust on a SMALL pizza.

I decided to get a Hungry Howie's heart-shaped pizza and compare the two. Both pizzas are a "well done", green pepper topping pizza with flavored crust. H.H. was like a deep dish, so it had more cheese & topping. I did like the taste on both pizzas but leaned toward the H.H. because there was more cheese & topping.

I liked how H.H. gave you the pan.

Will never go here again. My wife and i have been going here frequently for the last 2 years, but the last few times have been terrible. Tonight we ordered 2 deli boats and was told it would be ready by 7:14. Did not leave until 7:30, which makes me think they forgot. Got home and the top of one of the boats was burnt and not attached. My wife called just to inform them (not ask for a remake) that the quality was poor. The "manager" decided to tell us that it was our fault because we added too many toppings (one added green pepper and red onion). Customer service is absolutely terrible. This location just lost a regular customer because they are rude and don't know how to properly make the items on their menu. I ordered one medium pizza for delivery it said it will be here by 7:23. BTW I had delivered because my car is in the shop getting fixed or I would of just picked it up. I also had to go to work. So I waited. My husband got home to take me to work. So I called at 7. Said I can pick it up. They said it is on the way should be there anytime. I waited till 7:35. Called again they said the same thing. So I cancelled the order and the manager said well we are short staff.

Well welcome to the club. That should not be an answer for anything in business. I do understand stand everyone is under staffed that’s why I offered to pick it up.

And he said well he is in route but he has other pizzas to deliver too. So not only I haven’t got my pizza but it will not be fresh.
