Papa's Pizza — Restaurant in Warren

This was one of the worst experiences that i have ever had. I order two pizzas, and one of the pizzas had hair in it.. i attempted to return it, however, the alleged district manager by the name of Mike was very confrontational and would not allow me to return the pizza. After a 20 minute conversation with him, he then said because his drivers was unavailable, he could not pick up the pizza. I then stated that I could bring the pizza back and wanted a refund. he agreed at the time over the phone, however, once we got to the location, he attempted to bully me into getting another pizza. I can not for the life of me understand what ever happen to customer service. At the time of me bringing the pizza back, he made a somewhat racial remark, " I will not let "you type of people get down on me", type of people? I am African American, so what does that really mean. For at least two months straight, my family ordered pizza from this establishment, however,, from this day I will never order pizza, nor recommend this business to anyone I know. After all this, the business still made us a pizza that we did not eat, simply because of the trust factor, If I can't trust this business to provide great customer service, how can I trust that you would make me a fresh pizza without "harm''. Disgusted...

When I called in to order my rib tip dinner and wing dings the person on the phone was rushing me and had a very bad attitude. When my food was delivered my rib tips were cold and the container wasn’t closed completely. I called to express my concerns about my food container being opened, and the man on the phone was very defensive and rude. He never said he apologize for the mishap. He said “we don’t open people food”. He continued to go back and forth with me about me being wrong. He then said “I send you a new one and staple it close, and he said that “I’ll be responsible for the delivery, and to make sure that I send the first rib tips back”. I said “Of course I’m going to send them back, I’m not going to eat them”. Conclusion, new rib tips were delivered and the delivery driver wanted to argue with me about giving him the fries back also which I had put in the oven and added cheese to them. So, he’s like give me the new fries back then. How unprofessional they all were had me scared to eat the new ones now. I waisted my money. Threw the new rib tips in the trash. I will never order from any Papas...

I ordered whole wings and fried mushrooms, it came to $20.00 and some change. When he delivered it didn't weight much so I checked my order it was mushrooms and 5 little nuggets. I called them and asked them what is this. The nuggets was the size of my fore finger connect to my thumb. I told him I wanted whole wings. He charged me the price of the wings $6.00 and something cent. Altogether I paid them $26.00 for absolutely nothing not I remember why I don't go there they are too expensive and the wings were under cooked and they were huge as all out doors. The cook said it must of been a misunderstanding but I know what I said to the young lady that took my order. I wasted money for nothing and I will never order anything from there again. Sadly the can't cook. The wings were not seasoned and they were horrible. Next time I'll take my time and and order from another place. They have got to be kidding. This was the worst food I have ever eaten. I salute them with a 0. I can't recommend anything choose at...
