Hot Chicks House of Chicken — Restaurant in Warren

Initially, when I heard of this place and saw the menu, I was like meh. There are not a lot of options. It's all chicken and I honestly didn't know what to expect lol but we confirmed with the staff that it is indeed Zabiha halal as of 8/1/23. I gave it a shot tonight, and I am grateful I did!

My cousin ordered the Seoul Chick. It's not super spicy, but it's a bit sweet and tangy. That burger had a complex flavor profile, so it's hard to describe but maaannnn was it good!!!! The sauce complemented the slaw so well too!

I got the Hot Chick, recommended by one of the staff. I got it medium spice level. When I bit into it, the burger was good, no doubt, but it wasn't spicy. I asked the staff if the sauce was added and they confirmed and I asked for extra hot sauce packets.

But then they went next level and started bringing out the spicierl sauces, telling me "WAIT DON'T ADD THAT ONE YET" 😂After each new sauce, they checked with me if it was spicy enough 😂 Realized that my favorite was the Cluck Sauce, spiciest sauce, but man it was soooooooo good! Some places just add heat for heat's sake, but this sauce was the perfect level of spice and flavor. Now I'm bengali, and I can handle spice, so judge those spice levels on your own!!

The service was so good! They gave us some wings with their spiciest sauce to try and that was too spicy even for me lol but Alhamdulillah all very tasty ♡ the brother that served us tonight was super chill and his attention and kindness is what's gonna bring me back. Good people deserve the support.

I genuinely had such a good time and the vibes are perfect and the staff are so so nice! Definitely coming back here and bringing the whole cousin squad cus the food is delicious, the vibes are chill, and the people are friendly and take care of you.

Heard about this place on social media and decided to check it out. Firstly, I’d like to mention that I love Nashville hot chicken and have tried many different sandwiches/ wings/ fried chicken all over Michigan as well as Chicago and Toronto. With that being said this place has one of THE BEST Nashville hot chicken sandwich I’ve had. The person who greeted us at the front counter was very nice. As I tend to eat most of my food on the spicier side I asked if their “hot” spice level will actually have spice. There are a bunch of places that like to say that they do spice but it doesn’t necessarily hit the spot. I’d like to say their “hot” spice level definitely has that kick. It’s just the right amount of spice with the flavor of a Nashville hot burger. The burger also itself had the perfect amount of coleslaw to spicy mayo ratio. There are other places that sometimes either put too little or too much coleslaw that takes away from the taste of the chicken or overpowers the burger. These guys definitely have found the right blend of ingredients for their burger. You can also tell that the chicken has been marinated for a long time as I could taste the flavor on the breading as well as inside the chicken as I took a bite. I also ordered the large wings that were perfectly breaded with flavor. Their white sauce and the spicy mayo sauce are also banger and go perfectly with the chicken. Overall a really good experience. I've been looking for some Nashville Hot Chicken in SE Michigan that isn't Dave's Hot Chicken and popped in here. I ordered the "Hot Chicke" chicken sandwich.

The chicken itself was well cooked and moist, and much higher in quality than the chicken at Dave's. There was a good ratio of coleslaw and pickles; the coleslaw tasted great, I'd love to grab it as a side next time. The sweet pickles added some sweetness for balance.

I ordered the "Hot" spice level which had some kick but wasn't near "Nashville hot" as the menu describes it, in my opinion. It felt more like Nashville mild. If you love spicy food or you want a more authentically hot style chicken, I'd go for something more than "Hot."

I didn't try the sides as I was in a hurry but I'll check them out next time. I do think for charging $2, they could offer a larger fountain drink size. It didn't matter much with my meal as it was only a sandwich, but I imagine if you get a side or two or you order a multi-piece chicken order, you'll want more drink. Especially since most people will be ordering something spicy!

Service was friendly and my food came out pretty quickly, although I only had a sandwich so it wasn't much.
