Unfortunately customer service is a dying idea. I ordered my nephews sub, after it was made I asked to add a sub for myself, the woman behind the counter chuckled as if she was mocking the fact the sandwich was included in the initial order.
Mind you, there is no one else In the store, no other customers waiting. After the employees bothered reaction I said never mind I’ll just take the other sub.
This might not seem like a big deal, but it goes to show how your attitude and how you choose to outwardly react to something can deter people from wanting anything. It’s a shame that a paying customer who ask for a second sandwich gets treated as if they asked for a last minute catering order to be prepared with no notice.
