Green Lantern Pizza — Local services in Warren

First of all, we have gone to the original Green lantern on 12 and John R for the last over 50 years. Their pizza is the best so when the one opened up on 13 and Ryan, I was thrilled and I think their pizza is very good. Also, I have never gotten a bad pizza only one time was the Italian sub, a little dark and hard but I never complained we order from 13 and mound often like probably once a week and this time I ordered with one of their coupons and Was told I could not use it twicecould not use. I explained to them I just did it last week with the same type of order both totaling around $70 and I always leave a tip for them except this time often we have our pizzas delivered but the last two times we picked up. It struck me funny That they were OK last week and the girl actually didn’t know if she could but she asked the managing person that night and they said sure now mind you they don’t ask for the coupon so I could have used it the very next day again so I don’t get their logic For two dollars they are giving up anywhere from $40-$70 orders from me in granite. it’s not so much the two dollars at all. It was just the principle of it to give up those orders every week for two dollars putting a review on. So I will return to the 12 mile and John our store from here on, but I still love their pizza. It’s usually always a quality pizza....

What happened?? Thursday the 27th just before 11AM. Tried to call, rang many times, she picked up and left us on hold for almost 10 minutes. Called back again, same thing, rang multiple times, finally she picked up again and set it down again for 10 minutes again. We were on the road and the WiFi was intermittent. Got home and used the computer, got the confirmation and went to get the pizza and lantern bread. Not ready, didn’t even start the order, parking was not busy and only a few lunch specials came and went, We have had good service in the past, during weekends NFL and college playoffs Saturday and Sunday. The lady working the front was detached and just going through the motions like a 80’s valley girl I have to revise the great review from months ago. I got the email survey about my purchase, I entered all that I entered here and now, crickets. That’s all I got I guess they are going Forest Gump You never know what...

I placed a delivery order for a large octopie pizza and it came RAW. The dough was not cooked, toppings were sliding off, and cheese was not properly cooked. So I called the location and had the manager send me another pizza but then the second pizza came RAW again. Instead of the manager apologizing and prioritizing my refund, she thought it was cute to try to tell me to ask the delivery driver to wait until I check my pizza before the delivery person leaves… huh? She was an idiot. I’ve never had this experience at any other Green Lantern. Save your time, don’t order from here. Not to mention, the delivery driver was also condescending and said, “You know there’s a well done option when you order.” I should be able order a normal bake, cooked pizza without the dough being raw…..Ridiculous. Worst...
