Subway — Restaurant in Ohio

I placed an order pick up around at 5:22 with 6 foot longs. Was told it would be ready by 5:40. When I arrived I said I was here for a pick up order. The male staff told me it wasn’t ready yet. When I had asked how much longer he said awhile bc she order 6 foot I had said “yes I know I was the one who placed it. How much longer do you think it will be” he told me 5-10 minutes. I sat in my car for 15 minutes before I went back in and they still weren’t done. I finally got my food at 6:05. I could understand if they were busy but it wasn’t. There were only 2 other people there when I went in the first time and 2 when I went in the second time. I just don’t understand why it took so long? Almost 50 minutes is crazy to make 6 sandwiches. Then we get home to eat, they were wrong. As we were unwrapping they had condiments that shouldn’t have been there, and none on sandwiches that should have, they were flattened and honestly tasted funny. So much so that we threw them away because they tasted horrible and we were scared of getting sick. Subway located at 3001 Elm Road Warren Ohio 44483 has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. We placed an order for two, six foot subs for our companies 1 year anniversary party, coming to a total of $194.00 (and we order subs like that from them quite often) However, when I picked up our subs which ended up being four, three foot subs they were more like four one and a half foot subs, completely smashed, falling apart, and we had to cut them all up and stretch them out ourselves. The manager Makaylan Anthony was extremely rude and ignorant about the whole situation, said the best that she could do would be a 10% refund, less than $20.00 on a $194.00 order. Now we placed our order on 10-24-2016 and picked it on on 10-25-2016 and they are just now getting back to us about it on 11-04-2016. Went here close to closing time a few months ago. The lady behind the counter was very polite, another lady was moping the floor right under our feet and when the lady behind the counter said to wait until they are actually closed she just continued moping and got an attitude and said she already started she's not stopping to do it again. A 3rd lady was there and older and seemed to not even care. Looked like a maneger but I'm not 100% sure. Not sure why she was moping while still open unless their was a spill and there was no spill.
