After reading my review see my question below. KFC . . . Chicken. The meals used to be ok, but I've heard and read too many horror stories of their "lab raised" chemical injected poultry that would make you never want to eat there again. Question: Does anyone know when KFC stop serving chicken breasts? Their menu items and specials do not include chicken breasts, perhaps they cannot afford them anymore. I used to purchase their chicken breast meal that included a chicken breast, one side item, a biscuit, a beverage and a chocolate chip cookie. Today there is no chicken breast meal, and they no longer serve their meals with a cookie. Nevertheless they feel the need to increase prices. Now they serve chicken thighs and legs. If I'm missing something please let me know. Revised Comment: 09/03/2024 After doing research online I discovered that KFC who can no longer be called Kentucky Fried "Chicken" because it's not actually farm-raised grain-fed chicken. The so called chicken that KFC sells are raised in a laboratory that are injected with steroids and other growth hormones and unknown chemicals that keep them from growing feathers and many of them develop a third wing. Apparently these life forms are not allowed to fully develop to the point of producing regular sized chicken breasts simply because this company feels the need to mass-produce as many of these lab-grown species as quickly as they can in order to supply the "needs of the consumer" I'm wondering when the FDA will discover this substance that consumers are ingesting to determine whether or not it is fit for human consumption, or does the...

On May 13th, between 3-4 I was in town to visit a friend and had a taste for chicken and we chose this KFC, by the mall and we were the only 2 in the store with I would say about 6-8 employees at the counter area with one being the assistant manager. May have been shift change with plenty of staff on. Shouldn't make a difference but we are african american and the staff from what I could tell were all white but one. Not once did anyone greet us, for about at least 5 mins. 5 mins is not a long time with short staff but they were all at the counter area! After chit chat and mgr. counting change, a your girl ask what we wanted. Not once did she say hello or welcome to KFC. At this point we didn't feel welcome. So I asked is this what customer is like here with a entire staff looking at customers and not greet them, or say at least we'll be with you shortly. They all looked around stun. Finally after not getting a responds, I asked who is the mgr. here where the assistant stated he was. I again asked the question about the lack of customer service, he said he was sorry and walked to the back of the store. This was totally disrespectful, rude and unacceptable. If the leader treats it's quest that way, it's understandable why the entire staff acts accordingly. Needless to say we decline to give them our business. The floor was still dirty at 4pm, which made us wonder how often they clean it. The store front should reflect their professionalism, but it looked like they didn't care. The manager's crocs were as dirty as the floor. We will never return to this place.
I am sorry to say that I was very disappointed with my experience at your restaurant. I noticed that your employees were not attentive to the customers and were distracted by their phones. I had to wait a long time for service and the facility was not clean. I was concerned about the hygiene and safety of your kitchen, as well as the quality of your food.
To make matters worse, you also messed up our food order. We did not receive what we asked for and the food was cold and bland. We had to send it back and wait even longer for a replacement. This was very frustrating and unacceptable.
I think you need to improve your management and training of your staff, as well as your maintenance and renovation of your building. Your tables and chairs were old and damaged, and your floor was dirty. It did not create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for dining.
