Edit: Paid about $42 for 2 large pizzas (meat lovers + green peppers, 1 was struffed crust the other a pan pizza), 3 drinks & 1 salad bar on Sunday 7 pm. Pretty good deal. Whoever makes the ice tea deserves a raise! I dine out at least once a week and NEVER have ice tea that good anywhere! It was homemade and tasted the way IT SHOULD. Its been decades since I tasted ice tea like that in a restaurant (and I'm a young middle-aged person), almost like a sun tea. Absolutely perfect :) I would come back just for the tea if I didn't live 1.5 hrs. away. Very clean inside and bathroom. I don't even see dust in the lights above our heads. Whomever is cleaning is doing a fabulous job. Waitress was great, always checked on us. I had no problems or compliants. Not that many customers dine in. Maybe like 5, so it's empty and quiet. If the owner could just buy the Pizza Hut in New Castle, PA and remodel to look THIS GOOD on this inside that would be amazing :) and business would be booming :)
Came here after seeing the reviews and pics as it looked nice, it was definitely the nicest Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. I wish New Castles could look this nice! Sunday lunch wasn’t too busy dining in only 1/3 room was filled. One girl running the whole front alone: waitressing, seating guests, answering calls, and cashier. I hope she get paid a decent wage because she was awesome. Kind, attentive, busy doing 3 different peoples jobs and we could hear whomever in the kitchen loudly calling her to get this or do that, which she did with a positive attitude. Paid $58 for 1 large stuffed crust, 1 medium meat lovers and 6 bbq wings (3 drinks). If I’m in the area again, I would go back. Bathroom was clean, dining area was clean, I didn’t even see dust on the iconic glass lamps hanging above us, super clean which I love. We may have arrived after the lunch rush and after they cleaned though. Very bright and sunny atmosphere, loved the food. It was exactly how...
Read moreChain Pizza Shop. Average food quality. Courteous friendly staff. I discovered that the pizza on the all you can eat buffet and the carry out has a complete different taste. The carry out tastes like they use fresher ingredients than the buffet. If you're looking for a decent tasting pizza carryout is the way to go, but if you want an all you can eat experience with a lesser quality taste, dine in. Tonight I tried Pizza hut's new product melts. It wasn't what I expected it to be as far as size, for $6.99 I thought it would be a little bigger and after I picked it up it was not quite hot so I had to pop it in the microwave for a minute. If you haven't tried it and don't mind spending $7 give it a shot, I usually purchase the large pizza with one topping for $10 which of course you get more food for the price, the Melt is like two large slices of pizza folded and cooked until the outside is crispy with marinara dipping sauce. It's not bad but the quantity just...
Read moreI walked in they sit me down and I waited for for some fresh hot pizza finally after 10 to 15 minutes they brought some up one was pepperoni, but there was some cold and old pizza already out there. They brought some other pizza out I didn’t like than I waited for a half hour Over half hour they did not bring out any anything so I don’t think I will never come back to this place, all the way around. It was bad very very bad. She asked me if everything was OK. I didn’t even say nothing to her at the counter where I paid , I didn’t leave the lady tip. Unbelievable. I get this restaurant a zero star I can’t believe they treat customers like this and I hope a lot of people read this so they won’t go to that restaurant. Please don’t go to this restaurant. It’s bad you will not like it unless you’re very poor if you’re not poor,...
