We wandered around Warrensburg doing some antique shopping and decided to try this place for lunch. We were greeted by a warm smile and chose a table near the bright windows. They have a patio also that we would have sat on if it hadn't been so windy. We ordered chicken satay. The peanut sauce that came with it was the BEST I have ever had. It had a such a complex but light taste and mixed well with the spices on the chicken. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Most places that I have ordered chicken satay overcook the chicken until it is dry and chewy. This was perfect and tender! Then we ordered Chicken Fried Rice and Oyster Beef. From the first bite I knew I had found my new favorite Tai resteraunt. Sorry Lulu's Noodle Shop! The flavor was amazing. We kept trading bites of each others food and even with generous portions polished off every bite. We also shared a Thai Iced tea that smelled like a dreamcicle and was a nice palate cleanser from the spice. We will be back as it is totally worth the 45 minute...
ย ย ย Read moreIt's so good. I started crying once, partially from the spicy (which I chose for myself, which was not a very good judgement) and partially because of how delicious it was. I spent my very first paycheck here. The prices are so good for a nice dinner, and the sweet and sour entree (which I get exclusively because I have an actual physical dependency on it) is ๐๐๐๐๐ SO good. I only wish that it had more cucumber and no celery. The staff are so polite and they are present without being overbearing, it helps that the restaurant is so open without feeling like your business is out in front of everyone. Though sometimes the water refills can be a little too slow, especially when you're inhaling rice soaked in medium spice sauce at the speed of light. I asked for another dish of rice once and they didn't even charge me for it, I wanted to kiss their cheeks and drape...

The young gentleman was training a new girl today and they cleaned a table off and put the dirty plates in the bucket upfront for the dishwasher. I happen to look up and they were both eating off the plates out of the bucket with their fingers. It made me sick to my stomach as he kept eating more and both of them didnt even wash their hands. They still handled the plates, drinks, and everything else for customers in the restaurant. Not even a few minutes later the dishwasher came and grabbed the dirty dishes out of the bucket to take back. Very disappointed with how they acted and how they did not even have the audacity to wash their hands when handling...
