We wandered around Warrensburg doing some antique shopping and decided to try this place for lunch. We were greeted by a warm smile and chose a table near the bright windows. They have a patio also that we would have sat on if it hadn't been so windy. We ordered chicken satay. The peanut sauce that came with it was the BEST I have ever had. It had a such a complex but light taste and mixed well with the spices on the chicken. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Most places that I have ordered chicken satay overcook the chicken until it is dry and chewy. This was perfect and tender! Then we ordered Chicken Fried Rice and Oyster Beef. From the first bite I knew I had found my new favorite Tai resteraunt. Sorry Lulu's Noodle Shop! The flavor was amazing. We kept trading bites of each others food and even with generous portions polished off every bite. We also shared a Thai Iced tea that smelled like a dreamcicle and was a nice palate cleanser from the spice. We will be back as it is totally worth the 45 minute...

It's so good. I started crying once, partially from the spicy (which I chose for myself, which was not a very good judgement) and partially because of how delicious it was. I spent my very first paycheck here. The prices are so good for a nice dinner, and the sweet and sour entree (which I get exclusively because I have an actual physical dependency on it) is ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ SO good. I only wish that it had more cucumber and no celery. The staff are so polite and they are present without being overbearing, it helps that the restaurant is so open without feeling like your business is out in front of everyone. Though sometimes the water refills can be a little too slow, especially when you're inhaling rice soaked in medium spice sauce at the speed of light. I asked for another dish of rice once and they didn't even charge me for it, I wanted to kiss their cheeks and drape...

This has always been one of my favorite spots to eat, but today it became my least. Food was great like usual which is why I hate to not come back. The young gentleman was training a new girl today and they cleaned a table off and put the dirty plates in the bucket upfront for the dishwasher. I happen to look up and they were both eating off the plates out of the bucket with their fingers. It made me sick to my stomach as he kept eating more and both of them didnt even wash their hands. They still handled the plates, drinks, and everything else for customers in the restaurant. Not even a few minutes later the dishwasher came and grabbed the dirty dishes out of the bucket to take back. Very disappointed with how they acted and how they did not even have the audacity to wash their hands when handling...

We have had this many times for take out and always love it. Decided to eat there in person and it was super nice. The staff was so kind. I personally loved that they polish the silverware so there is no water spots, itโ€™s a small thing but I love it. The outdoor seating is a nice option in the summer, but we opted to sit in one of the booths. Honestly the coconut shrimp is my craving that always brings this place to mind, so that is always on the order. We have has MANY things off the menu and always love them. Yellow Curry, Green Curry, Chicken Satay, Pad See Ew, Ba Mee Hang, Coconut Shrimp, Dumpling (we have has them both steamed and fried, both delicious), Tom Kha Soup, honestly we have had more and we have liked everything so far. Ate the dumpling so fast I forgot to take a picture before they were gone lol

This is a dive compared to the setting of most "Asian" restaurants, so if you're looking for a more formal setting, this isn't your place... BUT, if you want delicious food served fast and with friendly personal service, you definitely want to eat at Sabai! I had the green avocado curry with chicken and medium heat. It was flavorful with a fresh creamy texture. My wife had the red curry with chicken served spicy ๐ŸŒถ. (Yes, she's tougher than me. ) It was savory and spicy with a touch of sweetness. The spring rolls were light and crispy, served with a sweet tangy oil. The flavors are authentic to traditional Thai cooking. We love dinners, dives, and dive ins, so if you are like us, you will love Sabai!

Sabai Thai Cuisine in Warrensburg, MO, is highly praised for its authentic Thai cuisine and excellent service. Customers rave about the flavorful dishes like Panang Curry, Green Curry with shrimp, and the must-try steamed dumplings and crab Rangoon. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff, making it a favorite spot. Sabai Thai offers both carryout and delivery options. Must try: Basil fried rice, yellow curry rice, avocado curry, salad, healthy rolls, Soups: Tom yum, Tom kha, pho.
