Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Warrensburg

The food is good, but their pricing structure is really kind of a rip off and is built to nickel and dime customers where they really shouldn’t be doing that. This place will gladly toss your chicken tenders in sauce for you, for an absurd up charge of $.28 per chicken tender. Well, the problem with that is what that is basically doing is admitting that either the one cup of sauce they give you for five tenders is clearly not enough, and therefore you should probably buy additional cups of sauce at $.25 per cup, which even doing that getting enough sauce for your tenders wouldn’t cost you $.28 per tender, or they are just going to agree just Lee get $.28 per tinder because they can. Let’s be realistic here, these guys are taking two maybe 3 cups of sauce there for $.50 up charge, dumping them into a Tupperware container with your tenders, and jiggling them for a few seconds that really isn’t worth $.28 per tender, unless of course they’re going to come over to the drive-through window and jiggle your tenders right in front of you. At least then you get some entertainment for the extra charge . But as is that’s a rip off. Just go ahead and buy 2 cups of additional sauce so that you get a proper amount for your tenders, and then take them home and jiggle them yourself. There really is no reason to pay some employee behind a corner inside of a building to jiggle your tenders for you....

Charged $49 for lunch of 3 people!!! Cashier was on the struggle bus is an understatement. Insisted on charging for 3 meals when my son wanted 3 signature sandwiches. One person doesn’t want 3 fries and 3 drinks. Then she said that Zaxbys gives a military discount but didn’t apply it after verifying his ID. Not the way to treat our servicemen. I try not to complain about restaurants and have never posted a negative review however my experience was astonishing. I was excited to see a Zaxbys in town while visiting my son but staff desperately needs training. I also asked for an extra plate bc slaw was served even though we said no slaw. It seemed easier to just put food on another plate. Same cashier said they didn’t have plates. I kept trying to explain just a plate like the one she just served my food on. You would think English was not her first language but it obvious was. Again...

Wanted some chicken decided on Zaxby's my first experience ever in the restaurant I went to the drive-thru I didn't order but 2 menu items I was told to pull forward so that they could bring out my chicken that never happened I waited 25 minutes I went inside got my chicken I don't know if they were just having a bad day or if they're short-staffed. It wasn't that busy however I just don't know if I want to go back anytime soon but I don't think that the first impression in this restaurant should dictate Zaxby's People have raved about Zaxby's the chicken was good it just took a long time to get the meal and we were forgotten about when I was outside so that is my experience as Zaxby's good food service was not so great that day however if you've never been there you should give it a try maybe...
