Culver’s — Restaurant in Warrensburg

I normally don't have any issues when we go. Always have quick and great service. Tonight wasn't the case. When I got there only 3 tables had people at them. Waited for atleast 15 mins for our food. When it got to the table, I realized my order was wrong and so was my husband's. I went up to explain the problem , was told it would be fixed and brought out to me. I was given 2 coupons, I thanked them and went back to my seat. I waited another close to 15 mins, still no food. I went up to check on my order. It was just sitting on the counter, like it had been ready for a little bit. I checked to see if my order was correct, yet again my order was wrong, just like the first time. Mind you the person wrote down my order for the people in the back. When i showed them again it was wrong, i was just given a cold slice of cheese in a basket. My dad is visiting warensburg for a few days and has mentioned Culver's at least three times. He's never been. I busted him out of where he was staying and we went to the Culver's drive through. The order taker was incredibly nice, efficient and accurate. THEN, the staff deliver, by hand, the hot, fresh off the grill food and send you on your way. 18 bucks for a single, double, onion rings and a SMALL Sprite is ridiculous! Please do better #Culver's He's not eating great, but he enjoyed the ENTIRE single! My double deluxe was hot, put together well and delicious. The onion rings were a little weird and overcook. Maybe we just don't like onion rings from Culver's?!? BTW, my mom busted him out the next day and they went back to this same Culver's and he ate a fish sandwich which he really enjoyed! This was our 1st time visiting Culver's, and the server was excited when I asked for his suggestion. He told me his favorites. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. As a fast food, it has a drive-through and kid-friendly menu, but also a dine-in look & feel. One customer said he prefers Culver's to other fast food b/c it's clean, better food, and has a friendlier atmosphere. Since we choice only deserts: a green mint concrete and an espresso shake; I didn't feel like I could rate the food at 5, although what we had was delicious. I accidentally left my purse on the chair & returned 2 hrs later to find it turned into the manager by another customer & was secure! We searched the Internet for locations and was sad to discover nothing close...
