I’ve ate here many times and it’s always iffy. It’s either really good or really bad. I ordered an to go order tonight and the portion size I got, personally, was terrible. I paid a good $18 for this meal, fajitas, to barely get anything. When I get this plate in store it’s usually a good portion to where I can’t finish it. I called the store and was instantly answered with attitude. He pretty much didn’t believe me. Told me they closed in 30 mins which was a lie. Things happen, totally get it, I just had a hard time believing that you would pack this and believe it was good to send out. That’s all, place is usually good with yummy food but very disappointing with this situation.

Had a great time having dinner with my love and family. The building is pretty new and is in great shape. The restaurant is clean and everyone is very friendly. They usually expect people to get up and pay at the register, but I'm a old fashioned about places that have wait staff that get tips and our waiter was accommodating and took the check up for me. On top of that the service he provided was great. I can remember his name, but a young hip white gentleman. He was fun and knowledgeable about the menu, but I stumped him on their beer selection, which is no surprise because it is huge and they have seasonal offerings.

This is a very good Mexican restaurant! I have visited many times over the years at this current location and their old location. The staff is always very friendly and fairly attentive. The food is always ready quickly. On busy nights I've had a short wait but it has never been unreasonable. This location is in a shopping center with a decent amount of parking. There are plenty of tables in the restaurant. The food is good. Some of my favorites are the enchiladas norteñas and the Pollo loco. Good restaurant and definitely worth checking out!

Well to say my group of 5 coworkers and I were disappointed in our experience, would be an understatement. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We always go to Taco Tuesday at Cancun at 8pm because some of us don't get off work until 8. I ended up getting some El Mont certificates for "$10 off $30" from work and they were on my phone. We informed the server that we had these early on and she explained that our 5 separate checks would have to be all together to get the discount. Having been in her shoes as a server, I understood and said I would just use my card and have my friends pay me back for their share.

Our total came to $56 and some change so we ordered one more margarita to split to get the bill above $60. Well it was a few minutes after 9, the SACRED CLOSING TIME, and the server said the margarita would be $6 instead of $4, which was the Taco Tuesday price. Not sure how the clock turning to 9:01 makes it not Taco Tuesday anymore but I digress. We just needed the bill to be above $60 and what's $2, right? Well I did the math including a 20% tip for the server off of the price before discount and calculated what everyone would owe me so it was fair to us and the server still.

Before my current job, I've worked in the restaurant industry for 7 years. Therefore, I know how closing time goes. The chairs, the sweeping, the mopping, the credit card report, etc. I know there can be a little bit of rush for customers to leave and after a long night the employees can get impatient. But in the restaurants I've worked in, we have never behaved the way these employees did.

My group along with another group of about 7 across the room were still sitting at our tables finishing our drinks when someone shut the lights off in the dining area. After a few minutes they turned the lights back on and began putting all the chairs up. Then the lights got turned off a second time and they stayed off.

I was still finishing my drink when I asked someone else at the table to take my card to the register and pay the tab. He brought it back to me and the check had been ran for the total price instead of the discounted ($20 off) price. We were already in shock that the employees were shutting restaurant down and being very passive aggressive about it and now I had to go ask for this receipt to be voided. The perk of me being in the industry, I KNOW it is possible for this to happen. So I politely asked for my receipt to be voided and re-ran with the discount.

The employee at the register said he couldn't do it because it was 9:30. If I asked before 9, he could have. Not sure why the time matters, considering there were still customers in the restaurant. I asked him "You already ran the credit card register report?" He said yes. I said "Even though my receipt hadn't even been signed with the tip?" He said yes. Maybe the system here is different but the places I've worked at allow me to run the report a second time, but perhaps it's different here. The employee told me I could just use my certificates another time, but I'm not sure how that's possible when I don't plan on ever dining here ever again.

Regardless, I still left the server a 20% tip. But the customer service we received was sickening and our Taco Tuesday's will be spent elsewhere from now on and I recommend everyone else in Warrensburg...

Lets do this by the numbers shall we? It took solo long to be seated me and my family waited 15 mins to be seated this may sound like i am being hilariously first world but there was more dust bunnies under a nearby booth then customers in the building. As well as having no less then 6 employees pass us (not counting the ones who were legitmatly serving other pateons)

Not dirty but very dusty especially under the booths and tables I can understand if it was recently under construction but otherwise they need some feather dusters or something.

Service was slow and awful. Had to go get a high chair myself and while again that sounds like first world problems, but when I can expect it to happen in McDonald's then I can expect it in a sit down restaurant for someone to bring me one. We then waited 20 mins for our orders to be taken. And after that we didn't see our waiter until food was brought to our table. We ran out of nachos in that time and a different waiter from a different section asked if we would like more and after we said yes it was like he materialized a thing of nachos for us. I wish we had that guy. My wife and I also ran out of drinks and didn't get them refilled until we had already finished our food.

The food was bland and underseasoned I couldn't taste my tacos at all my kids corndogs looked like they killed the poor animals for the item with dehydration and their fries were cold.

All in all my family and I will not be going back. And I suggest you who are reading this review dont go waste your money unless you are starving. 0/10...

So my family was in town we decided to get Mexican tonight it was busy and I understand that it's a Friday night but our service was absolutely horrible I've been in there before when they were busy and they have never been this bad it took forever for our waiter to even come over to take our drink order before we could even tell him that we wanted to an appetizer he walked off took him forever to come back over to take our food order and when we finally did get our food after waiting for however long it took for the two tables sitting next to us that got seated at the same time to finish their meal he finally brought out our plates but my father-in-law received his plate after we had been eating then he never returned to fill our drinks it was the worst restaurant experience we've had in awhile definitely will not be going back we will be taking our business elsewhere. The sad thing is that I watched him take care of all of his other tables every time he walked past us I made sure to make eye contact he saw me but continued walking by. I just wanted to take my in-laws out for a nice meal and they were completely disappointed. Top it off with icing on the cake the food was Bland and the temperature of our food was like it had been sitting in the window for several minutes my plate was hot but my food was not meaning either they popped in the microwave to warm it back up or their heat lamps are really hot. Again definitely will never be going back there and would not recommend this restaurant to...
