My 9 y/o daughter and I drove up to Warrensburg from Clinton this weekend to hit up a park we hadn't ever been to, then have dinner together and see a movie. Now, it's not a long drive or anything, but the trip involved planning and some degree of expectations. We got to the restaurant and were seated, everything went normally. We ordered drinks, they came out, then we ordered food. My daughter's food came out about 2 minutes after the order was put in. I sat and watched her eat her dinner. She had mandarin oranges as her side dish. There were 4 pieces of fruit. A little skimpy, but the kid didn't seem upset. We visited. She needed napkins, because they hadn't provide us with any, and I couldn't get the server's attention after trying to hail her twice so I went and asked the bartender for some - no big deal, it happens. The kiddo finishes her meal. About two minutes later, my food comes out. I'm pretty irked with how the whole experience has gone, so I go up to the bar and ask the gentleman if there's a manager working - he says he's the manager in training. I don't mention anything besides the timing, I told him that we came up here for dinner and a movie and hoped to have dinner together, not watch each other have dinner. He asked if my server told me about their - I think he said "hot and ready" policy? Where every table is supposed to be asked if they want their food served fresh as it comes up or all together. He asked if she mentioned it. I said she did not. He didn't really seem concerned, or to react to my answer at all. The server was very obviously standing nearby listening in while I spoke with him. I stood there for a moment rather awkwardly then went and sat down. I asked for the check, the server asked if I wanted a to go box. I'm sure a chicken sandwich and french fries would be super appealing after sitting in the car for 3+ hours, so I declined. The manager in training came by the table and gave me a coupon that required me to purchase food from Buffalo Wild Wings to redeem, which was inspiring. No one seemed to really care, which is fine I guess. I tipped about 30% in hopes that she expected nothing and ended up actually thinking about the impact her choices had on a couple...
Read moreI don’t like to leave bad reviews, and I normally don’t, but I would strongly recommend against ever ordering any form of “to-go” from this particular location. This is probably the third or fourth time I have given them the benefit of the doubt, but it was by far the worst. The front of house staff is kind and patient, but you can even tell that they are sick of the kitchen’s nonsense. I placed an order for carry out around 3:00, and the app said it would be ready by 3:20. I showed up a bit early, so I expected to wait, which was fine. Meanwhile, two other people came and went with their DoorDash orders, and I’m wondering if they must have ordered before me. Again, that’s fine. So finally my food shows up at 3:40, and not only are both my drinks missing (shocker), but my boyfriend’s order of 15 traditional wings were the wrong three flavors. If you are going to take forever with my order, what is your excuse for not even getting it correct when the receipt clearly listed the correct flavors? I did not mean to take out my frustration on the poor woman who brought us our food, but I have simply had it with employees who don’t respect their customers, let alone their own coworkers. It is completely unreasonable for the front of house staff to have to take all the flack when we all know the kitchen staff is the problem here. We get it, you work in a kitchen, you are more than likely high. I don’t care anymore. I tipped $10.00 for a 40 minute wait, incorrect food, and a clearly frustrated wait...
Read moreIve been going to this Buffalo Wild Wings since August every Tuesday for their BOGO wings. I go to school at the college in the town, so it's a great thing for college students. When we first started going, there was absolutely no problems. Our waitress was always on top of her things, the wings were decently priced (I paid $8.47 for 16 wings and a soda.) The food was always PHENOMENAL. Since I came back to school for second semester, their establishment seems to be running into the ground. The waiters come by and get our sodas, get our food, and give us our tickets. We never get refills on our drinks and they never come to see if the food is okay. They changed their prices and the number of wings you get in each order. BUT, while doing this, they raised their prices of wings BY TWO DOLLARS. I now pay $11.00 for 14 wings and a soda. And the wings that I have received since I came back look like popcorn chicken and barely have any sauce. I thought about making a review, but I wanted to give them a chance. This is the 5th time this has happened (in a row.) We have tried many things, from asking for them extra wet (more sauce.) They came out the exact same way. Last night, after talking to the manager about our problems and she could tell we were frustrated, she did not apologize or ever come back to our table with the extra sauce we asked for. It is very sad and now we are finding a new place to hang out on Tuesdays. It's just not worth it anymore to us since this is a...
