McDonald's — Restaurant in Warrenville

I don't even know where to start with this "food establishment". Well, I should most surely begin with DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S. Please do mind my obviously upset CAPONEEZE writing. It is warranted. I guarantee you'll agree. I'm only going to go over the experiences Iremember in detail. Unfortunately, there are quite a few past attempts that also had ended badly, but for fairness, as well as total honesty, and to be a non bias reviewer; the reviews need to be detailed. I can remember the last three attempts very well, but not for good reasons. #1) This attempt begins with my daughter getting a happy meal bag with the lil chix nuggets box, the fries, the yogurt, and the toy. Check the order, it's all there. Head home. My daughter opens aforementioned nugget box... it's empty. Then she had to throw out her yogurt cuz it was open. THEN I begin to eat my food while my husband took his first trip back to McDonald's to fix our girl's meal. Our son's was luckily fine. I sit and take a bite of the new chicken strips..totally raw. I checked every piece. Raw. By this time Hubbys back, but quickly begins his THIRD trip to McDonald's. They then refused to refund our money and instead offered us THE EXACT SAME MEAL some other time for free, but the messed up one? Nope... I was forced to pay for it. That's just one! 2nd nightmare with McDonald's we were on our way to the hospital because my younger sister was in labor with my nephew,her 1st child. Since I was already a mom of 2 she asked me to be with her. We left with 45 EXTRA minutes to stop at McDonald's. In case I was in the room for an extended number of hours and couldn't eat. Oh my Gosh... ok so.. when we pulled up to the window...

On 8/19/18 a car along with myself were waiting in the different drive thru lanes this morning with no response. We waited and waited asking if theyy were open with no response. I pull around to see 2 cars in the drive thru that got their orders taken and we're paying. I walked into the store and a large line was beginning to form. I walked to the counter and asked if the drive thru was open with no response from the manager. The people in line stated that they had to come in as well because no one responded. The line was made up of all people wanting to go through the drive thru.

My wife and I go to this McDonald's every Sunday morning before Church to grab a cup of coffee and we always have an issue with inconsistent service.

I never did get help and left because of the long line. I was never acknoledged by the manager ever.

The sunday morning manager needs a significant amount of retraining.

1. always acknowledge went people pull next to the speaker even if you can't help the customer at that time.

2. All cell phone use needs to be banned. I provided my debit card (at the other warrenville McDonald's) and just after the cashier picked up his cell phone, scary.

The issues experienced are very fixable but they never are, extremely...

Worst Mcdonalds ever order an ice cream cone little icecream was asked for because it was for a toddler. Then order a caramel sundae. Well we get to the window they give us our stuff low and behold the ice cream on the cone is twice the size of the cone and then they give me the Sunday send it realizes full to almost to top so you can't even take the top off leaking whatever the ice cream falls off the cone into my lap I let that one go I scooped it up whatever. So now I go to clean out the cup after I add an aspirin napkins and they finally give me napkins on cleaning the Sunday cup up the lives not on you're on the way so guess what it pops open and Spills everywhere on me my car whenever so I go around and then go inside I ask for the manager I show her how the cup is all messed up how they put all the hot caramel on top of the ice cream to make it on Mount so she decides to laugh because my cell phone whenever hopefully they can take it out of your check to pay for the detailing and to dry clean my coat. Where's McDonald's then I read the reviews and they have horrible reviews they have like two stars because they incompetent employees oh and I've contacted corporate and I will be contacting the owner soon as I find...
