Very disappointed with our visit.
We started by going into the dining area, and it was extremely dirty — food on the floor, messy and sticky tables, smudges everywhere. My shoes were literally sticking to the floor. I understand that most people order takeout, but that’s no excuse for such a filthy environment. It was so unpleasant that we decided to order to-go instead of eating there.
Unfortunately, the food was also a huge letdown. We usually trust Chipotle — it’s our go-to place for something quick and tasty, especially with kids. But this time, the chicken was unbearably spicy. My stomach hurt from just a few bites, and our child couldn’t eat it either. My husband and I ordered the non-honey chicken, and it was so spicy it was inedible.
One of our sons ordered three tacos, and they came with barely any meat, just a few tiny shreds. Our other son had the honey chicken tacos, and even those were way too spicy to enjoy.
So between the filthy dining room and unreasonably spicy food, this was by far our worst experience with Chipotle. I truly hope management takes feedback like this seriously. We usually love Chipotle, but we won’t be returning to...
Read moreToday March 17th I decided to stop by this Chipotle that is closer to my job than the one closer to my home. The one by my house does not have the best staff and I had a rough day at work so I just thought I'd stop at a different location and hopefully get a different experience. I'm so glad I did, the two crew members in the front were so kind. I was greeted with two big smiles 😊 even after making a mistake and asking them to put salsa on a bowl that I didn't mean to. They were very patient and told me it's no big deal they can make another one for me. Usually the one by my house they get very angry if a customer accidentally asks them to put something on that we didn't really want. I was ordering three blows and two kids menus so I got a little confused. But like I said they were very kind. when I went to pay,, the cashier also told me the bowl that was originally messed up was now on the house, I guess the manager had seen the incident from the back and gave her permission to give it to me for free. Read moreWorst chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. Ordered 2 “salads” and chips with queso ahead. Food was not ready when we arrived on time. Not too big of a deal but we had movie tickets. When we got the food though it was very disappointing. The chips were either very stale or very undercooked, to the point of being chewy. Then the “salads”. I use quotes because the amount of lettuce that was in the bowls is more of what I would consider garnish than a salad base. The bowls were not even close to full. Mine was also filled with liquid. Maybe from the sofrito‘s?
The dining area was also not tidy. I didn’t mind cleaning my own table off since I know staffing issues continue to be a problem everywhere, but it wasn’t terribly appetizing. The only reason I gave them two stars was because the staff was very friendly and offered new chips when I complained (they were just as bad though)
