Every time I order a head I get short sheeted on my lifestyle bowl, half the bowl is empty. I went to Warrington Chipotle and ordered in person. They tried to shortchange me on everything except the lettuce. I wasn't getting rice or beans in my lifestyle bowl and ask them to make up the same volume with grilled vegetables. They put in one tongue grab because that's all they had and then wanted to know what else I wanted. Are you kidding me? I said I wanted to fill up the bowl in the same volume. I would have gotten in rice and beans, but they couldn't because nobody made any more grilled vegetables. I waited 15 minutes for them to get/grill the vegetables. One grab of meat which looked about half the portion of what I normally got. Doylestown Chipotle. I wasn't going to argue the meat. A little salsa added and some guac so now I had 1/3 of a bowl. When the vegetables were ready. They asked what size I wanted and I repeated my prior request. So they offered me two tiny cups, the size you would put cheese sauce in. I asked them to show me the size cups they had and I chose 2 'large sides' which they filled mostly and handed to me of green peppers and onions. Maybe I'm wrong but I thought they used to have more of a variety of vegetables in the grilled vegetable department. The gentleman that was helping me was very considerate and I believe he understood where I was going with my request. At least now I had 2/3 of a meal to take home with me. I think I'm going to have to stop going to this Chipotle because they are just trying to cut back on portion size. A lifestyle bowl is giving up carbs by giving up rice, beans, and adding in some lettuce so you have to give me something in exchange for what I'm giving up. I don't want to pay $13.50 for an empty bowl and then expect to tip on top of that. This venture of 'fast food' cost me almost a half hour so I'm glad I wasn't in a hurry, I was just being lazy and not feeling like cooking dinner. The restaurant was empty, no one dining and only one person in front of me in line and two in back of me, no one at Drive-In at 6:30 pm...
Read moreWithout hesitation, this has to be the most incompetent franchise in America. Its not sometimes.. its at least half the time, something utterly ridiculous occurs and always negative. You can show up on a Friday night, and they will just lock the door "short staffed. Online only" so you are sitting outside an empty restaurant trying to order, and then they cut you off because they close in 15 mins. So you race down the street 3 minutes to another chipotle. Empty store but food still in trays. Got there 7 minutes AHEAD of closing to be told "sorry not enough time"... why say we close at 8 if you are turning customers away from an empty store just to throw the excess food out? Its so poorly run, its 100% thr executive level / top to blame because there is zero effort to change the image or operation for the better. You don't need a consultant, ask any customer they will echo this sentiment. And the worst part? This is such an easy fix.. they just do not care. Food has improved over the years but I can't support a business this poorly run; I've never been inconvenienced so much by a "fast food" chain at the franchise level ... the incompetence and unwillingness to change is extremely frustrating due to that very reason: it is NOT a difficult fix, 99% of other restaurants seem to have customer service and a smooth , efficient operation figured out. Not chipotle. Is it really a wonder there are parodies on the internet referencing how absolutely miserable seemingly every employee is? When the top couldn't care any less, the result is evident to repeat clients. Such an opportunity in this segment for anybody to come along and run circles around chipotle I am tired of the seemingly every-other-visit major inconvenience. Can't support it any longer its...
Read moreThis is the worst Chipotle I’ve EVER eaten at! I’ve eaten at several of them across the US. I ordered 3 chicken bowls on 5/10/24. All 3 had burnt charred Chicken. Called the store, they referred me to their one 800 number. We had to argue with their customer service to get a full refund that we will not receive in 3 to 5 business days. This was an online order pickup through their drive through lane. Please do NOT ever order food at this location. This is not the first time I’ve had burnt chicken, This is the first time that it was so terrible. It was not edible. When you go through the drive-through, they give you terrible quality food and you don’t find out how terrible it is until you get home and start eating it then when you called the store, they take no accountability and refer you to the one 800 number. Upon visiting this store on multiple visits, Customer service is terrible here they take five minutes to even acknowledge you are in line to order. This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I have lived in upscale, southern, California cities, and visited chipotle and Aliso, Viejo and Laguna Beach, And had excellent service and excellent quality food. This Warington location is terrible, and they need to reprimand their employees, There is no guidance there. I don’t know who is the management there but it is Awful. We are a Military family in the local area and will not advise...
