Worst location in the area and I believe it all stems from the manager Dave. This store has poorly trained employees and long wait times followed by inaccurate drinks being made. If Dave would train his employees I believe the store would be great. There are some rock star employees that hold this store together despite the poor management of Dave. Ever since this manager showed up this location has gone down hill. Under Dave's leadership drink quality has sank and Dave's lack of training follow through is apparent in the quality of service now recieved daily. This store is joke and solely due to Dave's leadership here. I would be happy to report back when things improve.... but dont hold your breath. Lets see if upper management cant get a hold of this disaster location or is this another overpaid leadership role that lacks accountability from corporate??? Will update as necessary. Ps....it should not take your employee 4 tries to make a chi tea latte with no water and no foam, not if properly anyway. (9/2/25) Update: ordered chi latte 9/11/25. New barrister, she was very nice, but made 100% messed up my order. I wish I understood why the manager Dave refuses to properly train his employees? Read moreI tried ordering a large as I do every other Starbucks that I go into and of course some fairly decided to say some name for a size that literally meant the word large in Spanish so I just said "sure if that's the large". When I got my drink it ended up being a small. This is the only location where I've had this stupid problem. I felt like Paul Rudd on that Role Models scene. It was just stupid.
