Your drive-up pickup fulfillment is horrific. To get an email that my order was ready then have it cancelled due to "technical issues" once I hit I'm Here and then not being able to provide me any answers whatsoever at customer service makes me never want to shop at the Warrington Target again. This isn't the first time this has happened. I ordered a charger online for pickup and I even added a back-up item in case #1 became out of stock. A little bit after placing the order I got a cancellation notice that BOTH items were out of stock.
I know this wasn't true because I was in the store a day before. So I go to the store, walk back to electronics and pick the item right off its shelf peg sitting right there. Then I went to find my back-up item and there were AT LEAST FIFTEEN of them hanging on the shelf peg.
Do you just not want to fulfill small orders? Waste of your time? I can't tell you how many times we've ordered items online for store pickup and get them cancelled only to go in to the store and find them on the shelves.
Your store is embarassingly bad and you have an ONGOING and CONTINUOUS problem with your employees that needs to be rectified.
Excuses like "We had 3,000 orders today" and "Sometimes orders just get lost in the store when being picked" are NOT excuses that a store the size of Target should be making. "The item was out of stock". No it wasn't because you went and picked 3 of the 4 items when I went in to complain about the order being cancelled.

I used gift cards for part of my purchase. I had a $50 gift card & 3 gift cards with $25 each that were given to me & to my son as gifts. The cashier scratched off the part of the $50 gift card that you need to scratch off in order to get the access code. In doing so, she scratched the access code off & told me that she can't see it & said that I cannot use this gift card. I told her that SHE was the one who scratched it off so it is ridiculous that there is nothing that can be done for this. I asked her to call a manager over. She called over another employee who I don't believe was a manager (& if she was a manager, she was extremely impersonal & barely ackno me). That person looat it for about 5 seconds & said that I can't use it. She said I have to contact customer support to try to be issued a new gift card. So now, I am spending more money that I was planning on having a gift card for because of the cashier's mistake, & I have to spend more of my time trying to fix this situation. Neither the cashier or the other employee even apologized or seemed to care about her mess up. If they were apologetic or looked like they were even trying to care, I would not be writing all of this. I can look passed a lot of things but these people were so rude to me and so...

I told the lady there that it didn't have a price tag and she told me "it's not my problem, I can't do anything about it". Then I had ink tags on 2 of my items and asked her if she could take them off for me and she replied "you can buy them first and then I will". So then I came over to her to get the ink tags off and for some reason she assumed I was leaving and she yelled "they have tags on them still come here". Then she told me very ignorantly that I can go find another item that has a price tag and that she'll hold my cart and yanked it out of my hands. Then I paid for said item and went outside bc my gf was in there shopping. My gf had called me to tell me she was short with money so I came back in and the same lady yelled at me and said "are you really coming back in here?". I didn't know it was illegal to come back into a store that is very much open and I PAID for things from but okay. Then as me and my gf were walking out she told us we can "get the f**k out". When we didn't even do anything wrong. Poor customer service. Absolutely never...
