Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Warrior

TLDR: Do not recommend this Jack's. Cheeseburger: bottom bun was stiff/hard/dried out, burger and cheese were cold. At least there was no ketchup on it. Fries, fried pie okay.

Went through the drivethru about 3PM on Friday. Girl working the drivethru repeated my order wrong (small cheeseburger-no ketchup, small fries, strawberry-cream fried pie); she first repeated back 'Loaded Cheesy Bacon Fries'. I corrected her, she repeated back the order and left the fried pie off. I corrected her again. I was Chick-Fil-A polite the entire time.

I drove to the window, and my bag was already in the window. I paid, received the bag and drove off, as I was traveling and I usually don't check my bag when I order fast food. I ate the fries (okay, but I have had way better), and dug around in the bag to find the cheeseburger (car was on cruise-control, and I have much experience digging around fast food bags whilst driving). I came across the cheeseburger in its wrapper. It felt a little stiff. I tapped the paper, and it sounded hollow. I pulled the wrapped cheeseburger out, unwrapped it, and bit into it. The bottom bun was stiff/hard/dried out. The burger and cheese were cold. At least there was no ketchup on it. Fried pie was okay.

One of the few times Jack's anywhere has gotten the order right, but...

My family eats here sometimes...not always good tho... example, the other day I ordered a 2 piece chicken meal but ordered breast...they then told me they were out of breast so I chose this...when my food was ready I was ready to dig in...except the chicken was way to done and had less meat than chicken nugget from McDonalds. I tried to call them a time or two to see if they had breast and phone is always busy...kinda long drive for me so it would be nice to know before wasting gas. Some food is good but not all....so I blame management...to allow a customer to be served a burnt meal with burnt chicken with extreamly little meat on it...thevr also messed my big jack burger on 3 different occasions....reason I tried to switch to the chicken meal thinking it would be better...Fry's are cold sometimes...the only thing that always is good is my son's chicken tender meal...that chicken is cheaper and way better than the actual chicken dinner....something deffinatly has to change with management becuase my family and others around us are going to Jack's less and less....I will give them one more chance with me....but I'll drive an extra 2 mins to McDonald's or little ceasers or even taco Bell...I never HAVE ANY issues there...note this is only about the one in worrior....other Jack's I never...

This is robbery. Y'all don't care. And then I get this automated response to my review. No wonder why things never get corrected there. Why would I take even more time out of my day when I'm already at an inconvenience and call some person and some other state that doesn't know a damn thing about this location so I can tell them what happened to me while I was here or visit a website and leave a review you're asking me to do extra steps because you gave me bad service. How does that make sense? It doesn't. More dystopian BS. By the way everybody McDonald's has two for five on any kind of biscuits you want if you just go in and use the kiosk. I never thought I would say this, but McDonald's and Hardee's have both surpassed jacks in terms of breakfast. I got a burger there one day it's one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life but the other 9 out of 10 were dry. That's another problem y'all put your meat in these meat holders and let it dry out so the customer gets a dry bland burger. From now on when I order a burger there if it's not that fresh I'm going to request it be remade every single time and it's going to cost your money until you learn how to do...
