Arby's — Restaurant in Warsaw

I haven’t been to Arby’s in a while and I usually go to the one closer to where I live. I decided to try the one on Detroit Street before I went to work. I really wanted fries and cheddar sauce like from Taco Bell so I thought I would get a curly fry and cheddar sauce. I waited almost 5 minutes for fresh fries, and when I drove off I took a bite of a burnt fry, hoping that that would be the only one I kept digging in my bag only to find that all of them were burnt and it doesn’t seem to be the same type of Arby’s curly fry that I remember. The cashier was very friendly,patient and helpful with us at the visit. I usually go to the drive thru, but today we had to go inside. The only complaint I would have is the sandwich maker. He was making little comments complaining about what we ordered and with comments like are you "serious" and "jesus" and witnessing him just throwing things together making the sandwiches as sloppy as possible. I know it can be a stressful or annoying job, but when the customer is right there at least have the decency to hold your tongue. My husband had placed an order and when he received it it was cold. We tried to have it replaced and my husband and I were called liars. Some employee claimed that they had already replaced it and of course they hadn't. I tried to call in on my husband's behalf and the person was very rude. She insisted they had already replaced it even though they hadn't. This isn't the first time we've had trouble with them. I encourage you not to waste your time and money going there.
