We came in this morning to try to have a nice brunch and enjoy each other. Right off the rip I could tell the server had an attitude…i don’t know what her name was bc she didn’t tell us. Not a big deal though I know we all have bad days. Then when she did get our order she snatched the menus off the table and tossed them angrily about 4-5 ft away from her on another table. And it didn’t get any better. Never offered cream or sugar for the coffee and didnt stick around long enough for us to ask. We get our food and I ordered another drink instead of water. Waitress left (to get the drink or so I thought.) and we see the food is not even warm, the “seasonal fruit” I ordered wasnt ripe-it was a slice of cantaloupe that was hard with no flavor along with a slice of pineapple that was also hard with no flavor. I wanted to say something when she brought me the drink I ordered but I never even received my drink. Also I didn’t see the waitress around to flag her down. It wasn’t busy at this time at all but I saw other servers. She never came back to us to bring my drink or check on our food. When we finished eating we waited a few minutes and still nothing. and I ended up putting enough cash on the table to cover the bill (which I also never received). I’ve never left a review until this. It was honestly the worst service I have ever had and we aren’t coming back to give it another chance. Only reason there is one star is because zero stars isn’t an option. I’ve seen the other comments that it’s really gone downhill and I absolutely agree. I went with a group of nine people for lunch today. I ordered what I thought would be a fast and easy lunch item - a buffalo chicken wrap and french fries. After waiting the usual 10 to 15 minutes before they started bringing food out, I noticed that everyone at the table had their plates except me. I continue to wait for probably another 10 minutes or so before they finally brought my food out. Everyone else had pretty much finished eating by the time I got my food, and I hate when that happens. It almost guarantees a mediocre review, unless other aspects of the dining experience are out of this world. There were some pretty hearty plates ordered at our table, so I was really surprised that one of the easiest lunch items on their menu took so long. The wrap itself was quite light on chicken… Instead, it had a lot of lettuce, tomato and cheese to make it look full. It was also quite light on the buffalo sauce. Not the best buffalo chicken wrap I’ve ever had by any means, which prompted me to only eat half of it. I wouldn’t order it again, simply because of how long it took to get, and it being so light on chicken and sauce. Nevertheless, a few of the other people at the table said their food was good. The gentleman sitting next to me had spareribs, mashed potatoes and green beans that looked and smelled really good. He said the ribs were tender and flavorful. Maybe I’ll try that next time… mostly because he got his plate so much...

Took my father out for a Father's day meal and was appalled by every aspect of today's visit. The waitress did not understand what we were saying and spoke poor English. Father ordered cinnamon apple pancakes (his favorite at the north Webster location) and other ordered the chicken Alfredo. Was asked what my father ordered almost immediately after ordering, with her guessing plain pancakes. Waitresses proceeded to bring out the food 30 minutes later and the pancakes were bare. I again patiently tried to communicate that the pancakes were supposed to be cinnamon apple and she said yes she'll bring them out later? My father, itritated at the point said he was not going to eat them bare while she brings apples so to just take the whole dish back. Waitress was rude and haughty about it, then told cashier something as she went to the kitchen. Came back out with a small glob of cinnamon apples in the center no cinnamon sugar glaze that flows over like syrup (as it does at North Webster location) apples were overcooked and pancakes were now cold. Upon paying the cashier did not say one single thing to me. Did not thank us, did not apologize, did not even ask me if I'd like a receipt, simply over exaggeratedly clawed change from drawer and slapped it in my hand.
