I had the pleasure of trying Bella's Creamery, and I was absolutely blown away. The staff was beyond helpful, and it seemed like they were genuinely happy to be there. They went out of their way to help us find the exact right thing to order. They were totally happy to let us sample what we wanted before committing to an order. We weren't rushed by any means, and the staff was super personable, which is a breath of fresh air these days. The menu is unbelievable. The combinations they have created would make Willy Wonka's Factory look boring. You can tell countless hours of thought, time, and effort went into crafting the specialty offerings. If "regular icecream" is your treat of choice versus a complex concoction, they will certainly accommodate without missing any marks on top quality taste. Our group ordered a Bubble Waffle Smores icecream which was by far the most flavorful dessert I've tried. An order of icecream nachos with any choice of icecream and topping (mine was an upgraded cake batter with marshmallow), and 2 kids orders of icecream and toppings. The waffles for both orders were made fresh in house, and absolutely fantastic. While ordering for my daughter who has a peanut allergy, the staff took proper protocol, and also explained to me what would be done to ensure her safety. She went on to say multiple times that was "the best icecream she has ever had," and I fully believe that. Customers are able to see the work stations from the dining room vantage point, and it was spotless. I mean, CLEAN. All staff had gloves, and treated the food with care. Price wise, it was totally fair. We paid $30 for the 4 of us, 2 of which were big specialty items. It was very reasonable considering what we chose. And truly, the quality and experience was 100% worth it. The immaculate cooking area, endless menu, and the next level treatment shown from the staff sets them above competitors. This place deserves its place on the map, and is a NECESSITY to visit if you're in the area. We are looking forward to our next visit, and would definitely...
Read moreWe tried Bella's Creamery for the first time tonight and we will definitely be back! The care, friendliness, and warmth that emanated from the owners the moment you stepped inside was amazing! As soon as you open the doors and step inside you're instantly hit with the scent of their fresh homemade bubble waffles, waffle cones and bowls, and crepes! The owner immediately offered our kiddo to try every single flavor of ice cream they had, which was really sweet, and she actually did try something new! Ultimately though she still chose to go with chocolate ice cream! My husband really enjoyed the Oreo overload sundae (he doesn't typically eat a lot of sweets, especially ice cream)! They were out of the ice cream I wanted to try due to it's popularity, and I couldn't decide on something else partly because I had been set on that and partly because there were so many options to choose from. When the owner realized I had chosen not to get anything, he got 2 scoops of salted caramel ice cream and brought it over to me insisting that I try it on the house! It was honestly so thoughtful because he definitely didn't have to do that! The ice cream was great and the owners seemed more than happy to chat with us, which is also nice, and they didn't rush us out either even though we came in a between 8pm and 8:30pm and the closed at 9pm! It was a wonderful first experience and we can't wait to go back and try more things! As our daughter said once seated in the car "I'm going to give them an 11 out of 11! Can we come back again!?" Thank...
Read moreI just came across this cute little ice cream store on line and had to stop and give it a try despite the few negative reviews . the portions I thought were good to the prices. all these people complaining and blah blah must have A NOT WORKED IN THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY OR B OWNED A BUSINESS THEM SELVES. In today's economy prices everywhere are high. cost of labor cost of product cost of operating expenses all go into when businesses make there prices. if your really going to complain over a 5.00 scoop of ice cream or a 10.00 shake my friends you should stay home . you may need the extra money for your ramen. I myself look at it as a treat to myself and kids. so all you Karens or negative Nancys I Really hope you never have to deal with cry babies like your selves. so give the small business a break and support them instead of putting them down.JEEZ Remember your the ones that voted to raise minimum wage to the point that's what businesses need to do to pay there employees is...
