De Petrillo's Pizza & Bakery — Restaurant in Warwick

DO NOT visit this location. My sister called the day before and placed an order. That is where the problems began. The guy on the phone was not paying attention to the order and it had to be repeated a few times, until she had to ask to have someone else on the phone. She payed for the food over the phone and informed them someone else was picking it up and gave them my name.. On the day it were to be picked up (next day ) I called and said an order was placed yesterday can i just come in and grab it its already paid for yesterday .the guy on the phone said , and I quote, " no you wait outside like everyone else" and hung up. Once I was finally inside, I was asked for the name on the order . I gave them my name and my sisters name ( name on the order). the woman ( some young very rude teen) said how do I know this is the order . I repeated the order back to them. The exact food my sister ordered to confirm . She repeated yest but how do I know this belongs to her .. i said she told you I was picking it up. The woman started to argue with me. Repeating over and over I need proof. I said how many orders fkr Gina do you have. She said I need a last name or phone number. I gave that to her and she said I don't have those on this order. I said thats because the guy one the phone yesterday never asked. After finally getting what was ordered. I asked to speak to a mana.TRUST ME IT DID NOT GET BETTER THERE. She was very very rude. Saying" if you want to go leave a negative review, if that will make you feel like a man , then you go right ahead I do not care. " Italian bakeries are a dime a dozen in R.I. I implore you to go somewhere else. My sister , myself , and everyone else in my family and friends have already vowed to never use them again. I will be sure to let everyone who will listen on every social media outlet available to me to stay away from them and avoid problems I had. Love the pizza. I ordered a box to go at the counter. The employee asked if placed an order I said no. She left. She came back with the box and I paid. I asked her how her day was going. She said “if customers would place an order in advance maybe my day would be better”. I told her I was from out of state and did not know. I also said maybe you should place your “pre-order requirement on your sign outside for ALL to see. I also told her I’ve ordered at the counter with no problem in the past. She said she didn’t know that and apologized. Maybe had a bad day?? Just be prepared for attitude if you stop by. They need this employee to train on improved...

pizza was okay, cold. Customer service was awful. Called and ordered 1 pizza half pepperoni half cheese, Male who answered sighed like it was a big deal to make a pizza. When I arriveed to get the pizza I was charged $50??? I was confused but my first time ordering an XL pizza I didn’t know the cost. get into the car to check the pizza, wrong order.
