Dunkin' — Restaurant in Warwick

Honestly, Priscilla is amazing! Her personality is upbeat, she’s always smiling, and friendly. However, this establishment is trash!!I always get the $6 meal in Providence, Patucket, Central Falls, and I never have a problem. Today I come here and I usually get coffee and donuts in the am from here but today decided to get the meal from here instead. Upon ordering I asked that the meat and things on the bagel be taken off, which I get every time because I don’t eat meat. Today the manager on proceeds to tell me that I can’t get it like that. It could have been put on a box on the side like keto! I’ve seen people do things like this all the time! Anyway, I don’t think it would have killed her to just honor what I was asking. I come here often and spend my money. If it can’t be done then it shouldn’t be done anywhere! It crazy to think that out of all the Dunkin’s, this is the one that gives me a hard time! I’m not making the review because she wouldn’t do it but it’s also the way it came out. I have no issues with the cashier who was taking the order, she was just doing her job! I haven’t been to dunkin in a while, but I was out early and figured hey I’m in the mood for an iced coffee. Well let me tell you never again!!!! I ordered a Medium iced with oat milk on the side. $4.10……….let me say that again………….$4.10 For one coffee. Never again what a scam rip off I can buy a pound of coffee for $5 Its not like it is out of this world or anything special just a black coffee. Went there for the first placed my order for a hot tea and a bagel as is it was over 6 dollars.. Wasn't given a Receipt the gentleman who took my order came to where pick up order was and threw the bag with the bagel on the counter and walked away.. Then someone called a number and I noticed 2 teas there asked a young lady she check with the gentleman she said I only charged him for one tea.Then I asked why was it so high she said bagel is over 3 dollars. I was shocked at the price..never going there again will tell all my friends dont go to this...
