I found Katelyn on Instagram and instantly loved her work. Since she’s in Rhode Island and I’m in Florida, we had to coordinate my trial with my makeup artist around the few weekends I could fly up—and she was nothing but flexible. She was super on top of things, always reaching out, and made scheduling a breeze.

Katelyn was professional, genuine, and clearly passionate about her craft. I had sent her my inspiration photos beforehand, and she absolutely nailed the “messy up-do” I envisioned. Later, after buying my veil, I realized I wasn’t loving the idea of having my hair up, and she was so flexible and happy to switch up the style. Since I couldn’t fly back for a second trial, the day of the wedding was actually the first time I saw the half-up, half-down look—and she completely blew me away.

I can’t recommend Katelyn and Blinked to Beauty enough! She allowed me to try multiple styles at my trial and made me feel so calm. I typically don’t love my hair when it gets done and was nervous about how I’d feel. She had such a warm and calm presence and listened to every small piece of feedback so she could do it exactly how I wanted it.
