Pam's Pizza — Restaurant in Warwick

Oh my God, I wish I had tried this place sooner! I tried it thanks to my wife, who works nearby and is literally obsessed with Pam's Pizza (she actually ate their pizza for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a 24-hour span this past week).

There is no other place in the Warwick/West Warwick/Coventry area whose pizza comes close to being this good. I mean, it's about as close to pizza perfection as I could imagine. This is the only pizza place where my wife eats the crust. The cheese is nice and pully, like old school pizza.

It's a family operated business, and the owners, although older, are hardworking and dedicated. This past Friday, my wife stopped there for lunch. That evening, we went to Providence for an event, but didn't have time to eat, until we were returning home around 9:30 p.m. We called an order into Pam's, and picked it up shortly before 10 p.m. (when they close), and the owners were still working! They got the order correct, even though our phone connection was spotty.

I got a chicken parm grinder, and it was very good also. Can't wait to try their Italian grinder, and my wife wants to try their falafel. Also highly recommend...

I ordered today from here for the first time because my friends said they had something they liked here. Oh god they were wrong coming from someone who speaks multiple languages, I could barely could make out what the women was saying. She barely listened and I had her repeat back because she was getting items wrong. I should have known the food was going to arrive wrong what did I expect? The food wasn't good the chicken was supposed to be crispy but wasn't? Once again what could I expect from a place like this! When I called to let them know which I already figured based on the business they operate they weren't going to give a refund. I was told by (the same lady who I called earlier) that a different lady took my order and she messed up and I need to make it clearer next time. Long story short I wouldn't buy from here again and I'll make sure to let everyone...

THE HORRIBLE MAN ON THE PHONE WHEN I GOT MY ORDER DELIVERED I ORDER THE GRILLED FISH COOKED IN HERBS & OLIVE OIL IN A LEMON CAPER SAUCE. THEY SENT ME FRIED FISH. I SAID I DO NOT EAT FRIED FISH. HE SAID PERSISTENTLY THEY ONLY HAVE FRIED FISH. I SAID WELL THATS NOT WHATS ON YOUR MENU THEN HE JUST KEPT REPEATING THEY ONLY HAD FRIED FISH AND REFUSED TO LISTEN TO ME. HE WAS RUDE, VULGAR AND NON APOLOGETIC AT ALL IN FACT HE REFUSED TO EVEN LET ME TALK!! I SAID IT IS ON YOUR MENU AND IS YOU ONLY HAVE FRIED FISH THEN YOU NEED TO REMOVE IT FROM THE MENU HE WAS SO HORRIBLE AND I TOLD HIM TO SHUT UP AND LET ME TALK SINCE HE WOULDNT THEN HE HANGS UP ON ME. THIS WAS OUR FIRST AND LAST TIME WE WILL EVER ORDER FROM A MAN WHO HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND IM CALLING TO CALL PAM FOR SURE...
