Wendy's — Restaurant in Warwick

I went to the Wendy´s over the summer and I hate to say that it was the worst experience of my life. I have been a huge fan of wendys ever since I was an adolescence, so this really makes me upset to say. But I feel like it is my civil duty to share this to anyone who is considering eating here. From the beginning when I walked in I could smell the pungent Oder of the bathroom. My kids needed to use the bathroom, so we walked closer. When I walked in, the floor was soaked with things I can not even say. I hate to say it but I stepped in this mess. My feet were soaked up until my ankles. I took my kids back outside and told them they would need to wait. We ordered our food and sat down to eat. My feet tickled. I was wearing open-toed sandals and there were fruit flies sitting on my toes. I suffered severe bug bites. Fleas were left on my children and were stuck on our couches for weeks. I was to say the least, very dissatisfied. The blond hair manager also tried to flirt with me whilst my wife was present. It was very uncomfortable during this encounter. I will not...

Twice now messed up my order. Most recently, I had to repeat my order three times because the girl was stoned out of her mind. I don't have a problem with stoners or anything, but if you're too high to do your job, it starts to be a problem. It wasn't a hard order (4for4 Jr Cheeseburger) but even after asking "what" three times she managed to give me the wrong items. I found out when I got home, and had to drive all the way back. When the same cashier replaced my item with the correct one, she practically threw the bag at me. (Swung it so that it flew through the car window.) I wanted to be like hey, I didn't want to drive all the way home, all the way back, and then all the way home again either! My other food items had gotten cold by the time I came home, sat and ate it all anyway because I was starving by then. This is the second time they've messed up my order. Went there on 3/17/19 ordered a small chili and 2 fish sandwiches plain. It was 12:20 PM and the chili was half full. So PO’D I trashed everything and walked out. Never AGAIN!!!!

EDIT: I gave it another try and went back there daily for a small chili and 2 fish sandwiches. Everything was fine up until today 3/27/19, 10 days later at 1:15 PM and got the manager this time, u know, the guy that dorsn’t Want to be there! Ordered a small chili and fish sandwich. The chili was maybe half full, again maybe? Trashed it and left without having anything. NO HOPE! For less money I can do Pizza Hut Buffet, all u can eat pizza and salad! Or, $1 more a large 3 topping pizza! And both taste great...
