When ordering munchkins for my kid I asked the guy at the drive thru may I have the minis in a cup. With stern voice he said "NO". I thought he was joking. So I asked again. He just said "NO". When I went around to cash out, I asked if I can have an empty cup then. He said it will be a dollar ($1) with an attitude. I questioned the dollar for just a cup and he reply "yeah, do you still want it". I replied that just sounds crazy at this point. I know other locations charge for cups which was not a problem, never that much. Why not tell me this when I asked the first time. He then replies, " yeah, they tell me charge a dollar for a cup. I asked if they could melt the cheese in the microwave, and one of the staff members took my sandwich—not to the kitchen or microwave, but to another area out of sight. If you’re familiar with this store, the kitchen and microwave are near the drive-thru on the left, but he walked all the way to the far right, past the self-order/register area. With that in mind, they somehow still messed up a cold brew (black) which entails pouring coffee in a cup and handing it to the patron. I am normally very patient, but the time issue is EVERY TIME you go here, and to top it all off, I was notified I was overcharged 3 dollars for the wrong persons order. THERE WERE TWO CARS IN LINE.
