I ordered cheesesteak, which was told to me there was not much flavor. My son's burger is pink in the middle. Nobody asked me how I wanted the kids burger cooked which I figured would be well done bc I never had any burger for kids pink like this. I immediately called and talked to a girl taking orders to let her know my son's burger was really pink. She said let's see what we can do for you, I said I'm not looking for money back just something for my son another time because I'm just going to share my food with him because it's to pink for a kids burger. Is it my fault for not saying how I wanted it maybe. Again never thought to say bc usually I'm asked how I want the meat and it didn't dawn on me and figured it's a kids burger it's going to be well done or at least not pink! I finally asked to talk to the manager instead of the middle person bc it was really annoying just not speaking to a manager about this. He said I have to specify how I wanted it, I said it's a kids burger and I was never asked so of course I didn't think it would look like it does... VERY PINK. He used an example of McDonald's I had to chuckle a little bc McDonald's will be well done, that was a horrible example and comparison. OK well 3 kids ordering over phone, nobody asked ME how I wanted it and he said it's cooked medium unless specified! WHAT! Never in my life. Point is how he dismissed what I said maybe even made the suggestion of putting especially on the kids menu to specify how you want it or it will be medium he said no I don't have to bc I've been working here for 11yrs and everyone who comes in knows that...well I didn't. I wish I read the reviews before picking this place bc I wouldn't have ordered then. All the bad reviews I can see 1st hand now and wish I didn't have to experience this. We and some others won't be going or ordering along with all the other bad reviews all bc he wouldn't make it right for a disappointed customer. That's all it could have taken, he made it seem like he was so much better then anyone! So hopefully this will be enough so you can avoid a bad experience yourself! Dicolas is the way to go which I would have but I though they...
Read moreI am done with leos pizza 7years I have been going here and it gets worse over time. Delivery is always forever hour and a half to 2 hours no matter what you order they always forget something you ordered then they go back on there time to go get it. (Has to do all his or her stops first) Orders are wrong you question anything they give you a hard time. I uses to deal with it because there pizza was pretty good. Another time they said I give them a fake 100.00 bill which was not true, I got it at PNC Bank in Washington NJ. Leo pizza wanted me to come there and give them other 100.00 so I was going to stop going there because of that but then tried to forgive and forget. After the same problems persist constantly. They never have what you want (Don't restock) I want chocolate cannolis like there menu and website says they have but they never have them same for other food on their menu. Yes even soda can I have coke sorry we are out same line but don't tell you until the delivery guys at your door or you're there at the pizza place picking it up. it's like they try to bait and switch you for food. Today they try and give me frozen solid cake and tell me nothing about heating it. Don't forget they charge 6.00 for a small slice of cake that is frozen like a rock. I called and give the same response from Leo's Pizza it's your problem not ours give me money and shut up. Over 15.00 in cake they would lose a 7year customer and when there is coronavirus and business is slow for everyone I guess not for Leo's Pizza.l am never coming back to Leo's pizza. Thank God there are lots of pizza places in Washington so I go there. Bye Leo's...
Read moreI recently moved into the complex across the street from your restaurant and was genuinely looking forward to having a local pizzeria so close by. Unfortunately, after giving your place multiple chances, I’ve been consistently disappointed by the lack of care in both the food and the service.
I’ve ordered around seven Italian heroes, and despite always requesting no mayonnaise, that simple request was ignored every single time. The last time I ordered, the sandwich finally came without mayonnaise, but it only had two slices of ham and nothing else—not even a piece of salami. For $11.50, that’s just unacceptable. It was honestly insulting for the price. I could’ve gone to ShopRite, bought the ingredients myself, and made something ten times better for a fraction of the cost—which is exactly what I’ll be doing from now on.
As for the buffalo wings, while the packaging is always intact, the wings themselves consistently arrive with crushed or broken bones, which raises serious concerns about how they’re being handled in the kitchen.
It’s clear that attention to detail and basic quality standards are not a priority here. What’s the point of having a convenient spot nearby if the food is consistently subpar? I won’t be...
