McDonald's — Restaurant in Washington Township

Absolutely horrible, I called to ask if they if this was Belleville McDonald’s they rudely said no when I knew it was to see if they would be rude to me. They immediately started calling me Miss rendering me when I am a ma’am not a man the worker called me, man by the way, I’m a ma’am Misener me horribly. I’ve worked in the food service before absolutely horrible I would never say that to a customer ever ever absolutely horrible horrible service horrible atmosphere I came to go get my big Mac that I ordered that they rudely said no on the phone immediately got declined my food because I was prank calling. I’m a 40-year-old ma’am are you kidding me? I worked in the food business for 39 years in my life. All right never declined cause I was always kind the prank callers cause I knew they had something better to do in their lives and then I get treated like this by Belleville. This makes me I used to be honored to live in Belleville. I’m not anymore. Belleville is probably the worst town in Ohio Because of this McDonald’s because of this McDonald’s I am I will never shop at McDonald’s again they declined my order. The service was absolutely horrible. The man’s name is Gert absolutely horrible service when I called the phone when I called the phone he said it wasn’t Belleville McDonald’s. I just wanted to make sure it was Belleville McDonald’s cause I might’ve missed typed the number some regular visitor I’m not anymore. I am very disappointed in Belleville. I’ve lived in Belleville for 43 years of my life and I’ve lived in Belleville for 47 years of my life. I’ve never had a worse experience. My heart is broken. My child cried for hours after I told him my story. My child is 47 years old. I was declined my order. I will never get over this moment. I had to leave one side and everything I grew up in Belleville for 64 years in my life I actually grew up homeless and I got the job at Belleville McDonald’s. I never declined a customer. I was always kind. I never said anything mean to a customer cause I know how it feels when I was homeless a McDonald’s worker came and stopped on my own water. My only water only one I had while I was homeless. I am actually traumatized. I’ve lived in Belleville for 87 years of my life in this horrible experience happening to me never again do not recommend coming to Belleville Belleville. OK never horrible Absolutely horrible. Never come to Belleville. McDonald’s never go to any McDonald’s in Ohio cause only in Ohio. why do we have to be the state? Why do we have to be a state? Do not recommend this McDonald’s absolutely horrible never come to Belleville in your life all right cause the guy who answered the phone on the Belleville. McDonald’s probably will shoot you cause he’s like that OK do not recommend...

I'm a huge McDonald's guy. My kids love it too. Use the app all the time. It's my comfort food.

This place... Yeesh. Super slow with minimal customers in the drive-thru and inside. We went inside. I ordered from my app. Waited 15-20 minutes. Got the order and went to sit down. Happy meals were wrong and my wife went up to get the extra fries and the woman was irritated we asked for the correct sides. Then my wife said thank you to her and the woman just walked away and scooped fries with no gloves on. She was rude. Didn't even acknowledge the interaction or mistake. Then she went back to the fry station, took out her cellphone while on the line and text... And handling food. Didn't wash her hands. She just put it back and went back to work. People take their phones into the bathrooms all the time and use them. Those don't get washed... Brings me to the next thing... The female bathroom was dirty. Not stocked, smelly. My wife stated that it smelled like old, used female products. My kids said the men's room smelled okay haha. That's a plus.

But the dining room was dirty. All trash cans were overflowing with some liquid on the floor in front. Tables dirty and some trash on the floor.

When we left, None of the parking lot lights were out and the actual restaurant lights weren't on either.

They may have been short-staffed. Not sure. Having been in the business for 32 years I know it's rough sometimes. And maybe this was a perfect storm scenario, but from some other reviews, it doesn't seem like it. Seems like a kind of...

Me and THAT LADY stopped through your lovely drive thru this morning for breakfast. We went through the drive thru and we tried to order three things. The nice guy in the drive thru order mic was messing up so much that we drive around to the window instead to order. He apologized about not being able to hear and he finally got it right and we paid and things were fine. Then we get to the next window…

The extremely rude woman in the window hands us a cold Pumpkin latte and we hand it back and tell her it’s supposed to be hot. “WELL YOU CHANGED IT THREEE TIMES” she snarked back at us. She snatched it back and hands us the rest of the food and tells us to pull up to the spot on the left to wait on a latte. That takes less than a minute to make. We decided to wait a min at the window and the drive thru girls snap open the window again and tell us “this is gonna take time pull up into the left spot, it’ll be out. Rudely.

First rule of food service is The customer is always right? Well you should retrain these young teens on their attitudes. I call in and was gonna talk to the manager and I hear “ITS THAT LADY!” Instantly as the phones put down. Are you kidding me?? The manager ‘Hope’ answered and and was extremely rude also. I tried to explain to her what was going on and she solved not a single problem but being more rude. And I’m surely a MALE. Please email me about some kind...
