Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Washington Township

First of all this review has nothing to do with the quality of the product that I received on 4/18, as the cakes were delicious. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. I ordered these cakes because they were offering a local pickup and wanted to support this business as I have ordered from this business for years from various locations. My first problem was that my order was missing a cake when I went to pick it up, which I understood as mistakes happen. The woman took down my address and said she would be be delivering the missing cake to my house, which I thought was fair. This was at 3:00. I knew she would be working with these orders for a little while as they said they would only be on location until 3:30, so didn’t expect it right away. As long as I got it later that day, I would have been happy as I was making a delivery to family who live 3 hours away because no locations are close enough to deliver. No call, and no delivery. I called at 7:00pm and they were closed so I left a message. No response. Knew they were closed on Sunday, so purchased something else to be delivered to my family. Again, no call. Waited until after 2:00pm today to give them a chance to respond to my voicemail. No call, and no delivery. I had to call again and ask for a refund. Didn’t even sound like the message was listened to nor had the woman remembered to take care of it. UPDATE: The owner reached out to us asap and rectified the situation the very next business day. We were refunded half the amount equivalent to the coupon. So, I have changed the rating from 1 to 4 star. It seems they have no way of scanning the coupons and have to enter them manually.

We had a really bad experience at this location. Maybe it was the service we received on Jan 11, 2020 and the cashier at the Dublin location that day. We had two of the BOGO bundlets offers with us. The cashier assured us that we would get the offer but did not scan the coupons, which was ODD but we trusted her. We then selected our cakes and checked out. We were charged for all four bundlets which we did not realize at the time. We checked the price when we got home because $8.50 for a bundlet just sounded too steep. That's when we realized we were DUPED! Alas, it's a Sunday and we can't go back. Plus we offered to forgo the receipt (since we had had a very good experience at the downtown location) so I have no hopes of getting a refund. This place is definitely crossed off my...

This review was almost 1 star until I read the other reviews(Plus the girls working there were great, I also called they were great over the phone as well so this review is not for them)and observed others had really often asymmetrical bundlets. I finally put two and two together but if the manager reads this here's a tip, stop skimping on the cakes AND SEAL BUNDLETS ON BOTH SIDES NOT JUST ONE WITH TAPE STOP BEING CHEAP and just charge more it's Dublin(We get your lease and overhead may be higher than other locations) but because other locations have noticeably larger portions(and properly seal their Bundlets with tape on both sides) someone like me who goes to Nothing Bundts weekly(almost twice a week) noticed.

They're only bundlets but I bought 4 and almost bought 6-8 had I not walked in 5 minutes before close, thank god I didn't I would've blew a fuse. Raise the prices, maintain the quality everyone can afford it. 2 stars almost 1 but employees...
