Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Washington Township

I typically don’t leave bad reviews but today was ridiculous. I am somewhat of a regular. Some employees are great. Apparently, None of them where working today on 9/6/2023 at around 10pm. I walked n tonight to pick up my carry out. Nobody was at the front desk. 3 employees from the dining room area made eye contact with me. Said nothing to me. One gentleman with glasses walked out of the kitchen into the front desk. Made no eye contact with me, clocked out and sat down to my left. Another girl blonde walked in from outside with who I asume was her boyfriend. He sits down to my left, she grabbed his food, walked out to the front desk, avoided eye contact, clocked out and left. Now I’ve been standing there for 10-15 min. Nobody has said anything to me. A lady walked in from outside and finally speaks to me. Takes care of me. The entire interaction with her was 45 sec to 1 minute. I finally got my food and left. A simple “we’ll be right with you” would have been all that was needed. Instead, people from the dinning room saw me, didn’t care enough to say, we’ll be right with you. And the people who did walk into the front desk area didn’t care enough to say, we’ll be right with you. Nobody cared. No apology, no we’ll be right with you, nothing. I think I rather go out of my way and drive the extra 10 minutes to the Powell location. They also didn’t get my order right. Just a fail all...

Update... 06/2024 Recently went to have the all you can eat boneless promotion and well its really not worth it first the wings where hot at some point then a cold sauce put on them the lemon pepper was so disgusting so much salt it was like i was drinking salt. The staff were fine manager is always working his butt off but the food is just trash these days. 12/31/2023I pre ordered some wings for NYE and made it for a set time so they would be Hot and fresh. I decided to go over a little early so I could grab them right when they were ready. I was very disappointed to find when I arrived first, no one at the counter and a person at the pickup shelf holding my order, getting ready to walk out the door with it until I said that says my name which my order was still not supposed to be done for 15 minutes he looked at me gave it to me and ran out the door I was like wow. Still, no one came out, so I left with my order. It was still warm, but if I had not arrived when I did, that person would have stolen my order because it was made 15 minutes early or it would have sat there 15 minutes. That to me is not ok when I spent almost $40 on food. The wings were just ok. I regretted the purchase and likely will purchase from Roosters next time. My boyfriend and I decided to come to this location the other day and we ate in before we had to go to work, it was on a Tuesday which was a buy one get one free for traditional wings, so my boyfriend got a second of for free. I also order some wings a small boneless wing. So after 20 minutes of waiting my boyfriend got both orders of his wings. While I had to wait a extra 20, mins for mine. When my wings came out the server didn’t bring my ranch and there was only two ranches on the table, so in total we had 48 wings. Well when I asked the server nicely if I could have some ranch she took my boyfriends ranch off his plate, which in my head I was like she can’t be serious right now, maybe she’s about to get more real quick but she never did. She just was worried about tables that wasn’t even hers. Then keep starting at me and my boyfriend from a distance so she didn’t forget about us, what it all boils down to is I felt like she thought we was just going to walk on her. Which I would never ever do! So if you have a biracial boyfriend or girlfriend forget even coming here, because they’re racist no other way around it, so basically a white guy can walk into a Walmart with a AR 15 and kill people but me and my mix boyfriend can’t enjoy our wings because he’s mixed...
