I went in with my high school age son to buy either new insoles or new cleats. Luke seemed very helpful and even encouraged my son to get new cleats (instead of insoles for his old cleats) as I had been trying to do the same. Luke informed us that we have 30 days to test them out and decide if they’re a good fit for my son. If he decides that they’re not for him, he can exchange for another pair or for store credit. He did some practicing in them and then also played ONE rather important game in them. He got the worst blisters of his entire career and also complained that his ankles turned in them. For the rest of the tournament he wore his old cleats. We took the cleats back a week later, well before the 30 days was up. The clerk behind the counter took one shoe out of the box and said “I cannot accept these as a return. I will not be able resell them in this condition.” (Photos of shoes attached!!) There is literally nothing wrong with the shoes! PLUS we were intending to exchange them for cleats that were $140 MORE than the ones we were exchanging! I saw Luke looking at us from across the store when he heard me tell the clerk how the return policy was explained to us by the clerk that sold them to us.
