Telling me you tried to have vegan is completely illogical because everyone can eat vegan but not everybody can eat non-vegan. You don't have to say it's vegan if you think it's going to freak people out. But your quinoa wrap for example the only thing making it non-vegan is the feta cheese. But then you have some meat wrap that's dairy free. So you could have made a dairy-free quinoa wrap that's vegan but for some reason you got things separated all illogically so nothing's vegan.
It's easy to make desserts vegan as well. Nobody has to know you use flax instead of avian menstrual cycles or plant milk instead of a baby calf's milk that was meant for that baby calf. You say there's no market for it but there's an entire veganic farm just like a mile down the road that has events and all kinds of stuff going on with vegans going in and out of it. But once we know you don't have the vegan options we don't have any reason to go there.
But I get it you guys are so small and so packed you can't handle any more business. You don't have any competition apparently. So you probably don't care. You could at least care about the animals enough and the potential enough to have products that everyone, literally everyone can eat. Because not everyone can eat you're dishing out there. Some people actually care about what they're putting in their bodies. And putting meat eggs and dairy in her body is not the healthiest thing for your body, it's unsustainable for the planet, and it's violent to the animals.
So yeah one star. And one star for service because the guy I was talking to kept saying the most idiotic things about why they don't have vegan options. It's not hard to wrap your head around man. Everyone can eat vegan, EVERYONE. But not everyone can eat non-vegan. And more often than anything when people eat vegan they don't even realize it's vegan. So when you have vegan products it's a win-win-win win win win and every direction. Figure...
Read moreI used to really really love going here constantly, it has been my go to for a few years now and I absolutely adore and love the staff more than anything, the service is above and beyond and the staff is so extraordinarily friendly! But the last few months both my friends and myself have ran into a reoccurring issue that has gotten worse with our drinks being incredibly inconsistent with sometimes being undrinkable or tasting somehow like something has burnt.
I've tried to keep track so I could let you guys know just in case if it's an unknown problem but it used to be once in a blue moon to now it's every drink I'm getting or every other drink :(
My friends are having similar issues too with the inconsistency, sometimes the drinks are beyond delicious and absolutely wonderful 😊 with other times it feels like somehow the syrup is missing in our drinks and it's just milk with coffee or that something else is missing or not as much was out into it (rather than it being a "Everytime it's really bad issue" it's more like a scale....)
I'd really love to keep coming like I once did all the time but I'm feeling a little frustrated and sad that my last five drinks, three of them tasted burnt or like rubber with one being okay... And only one being extraordinary like it used to always be/taste!!
I want to give as much detail to hopefully help because I don't write my reviews with malice, I absolutely adore this store and it's staff from the bottom of my heart!! So I hope my review can at least help a bit... Thank you!!
My friend is also saying to state that it feels like when we get drinks in the AM they tend to usually be the best and in the PM/afternoon is when they usually are wrong!
We also order hot and cold drinks of varying types :) so we found it wasn't just one specific drink that this was happening with!
Sorry if I come off as rude at all, it's not my intentions and I wish the best for the store, thank...

For the past several years, I drove the 15 miles to get coffee from Coffee Potter. I know the staff, they greeted me by name. They knew my order and I enjoyed the break in my day. I supported them through the bridge being out and didn’t mind waiting in lines. I used to prepay for the Jeep behind me and it was a fun place to go. I know I’m just a blip in their sales, but I went there EVERY SINGLE DAY. Then I noticed the price of the Nitro coffee. Wow. Then the baked goods were inconsistent and then my order was mixed up a few times. I tried reporting these to the staff and I got a quick apology, but after all – I’m just a blip. Finally, after driving the extra miles to get there and my order was messed up again, I wrote an e-mail to their owner through the website. Not a single response. Zero. So now I’ve decided to be go somewhere else until the management of this place remembers that we used to be customers, not blips. Thank you for all the good times TCP, Good luck.

Do yourself a favor and forget about every big chain and "barista" place. This place a small local business that cares about customer service and the quality of their product. The staff are awesome and super friendly. They have an efficient system. The staff walk out to the cars in the drive thru to speed up the line. They have adapted to Covid and are doing a great job. The coffee is the best in the area. They also support other local businesses - one example being the sale of Linda's Biscotti. Keep up the good work guys! I drive in from Chester. It's a little bit longer when I have two chains in my town, but worth the extra...
