&pizza — Restaurant in Washington

I love &pizza and was excited to see one closer to me so of course I went and was really surprised by all the changes and new investments in the community. I did a mobile order hoping my pizza would be waiting for me since is was about 15 minutes away. I get there and again surprised by how nice the area is and how nice the new &pizza is. There was one person in there who had a mobile order also and was sitting and waiting 😒which was a bad sign 😩because it didn’t seem like much was going on in the back. Ok so I was promptly greeted then told it be about 15 minutes for my mobile order and again no one was in there but one other person who was sitting 🪑 waiting 😳…here we go. So I took a seat and shortly after people started coming in and placing orders getting their 🍕 and leaving 😤. Meanwhile me and the other lady are still waiting 🤔. They made 3 walk-in orders 😤before calling the lady who was in there before me and maybe about 5 minutes later called me. So I won’t be doing anymore mobile orders at this location if I even go back. I have eaten at almost every &pizza in the area and even from the truck and 95% of the time I do a mobile order and never experienced this. No complaints about my pizza 🍕 😋so again if I go back to this location I will definitely do a...

I got arrived to the store at 9:40pm. I rushed there on no oil because my mom was craving it and is in the hospital. The door was open I walked in and the workers looked at me like I was crazy. The manager said they were closed but I could order online and then said that I couldn’t because the website wont accept orders past 9:30pm. I went to the site to only to find out it was a lie. THEY weren’t accepting any orders after 9::30 but the app and website had no such rules. It accepted my money and so I waited for the pick up time. I went to the pick up window and the guy blatantly said ,” i don’t know why it’s accepting orders we closed bruh.” They didn’t make my food the website had my money and they closed the. Store down a full hour ahead of time to walk-in patrons and 15 mins ahead of time to delivery and pick up customers. Blind customer: the building entry sits diagonal to the sidewalk. Once you enter make an immediate right, then left, and counter is on your right. As an assembly line establishment, the line will follow along right wall before turning left and continuing forward. I was greeted by a staff person who offered me assistance. As a first time visitor I was grateful for his kindness. I tried a vegan pizza with suggestions from staff. I will say pop music was too loud! I was straining to hear staff person Communicating behind a glass. Turning it down just a little bit would be helpful for customers. I ordered vegan knots. They weren’t anything to write home about as they did not contain any ingredients or flavor. All I would visit establishment again.
