Subway — Restaurant in Washington

It’s a pretty restaurant but the customer service is trash !!! They skim you off of food if you have an issue with their brown lettuce or hard bread they argue you down. A older gentleman was in front of me and he asked for fresh bread because when we watched the line prep cut it the bread was hard as bailes and the prep argued this man down until The man said forget it. I proceed to order the only thing I eat from them a cold Cut and they give me literally one piece of every meat I’m like that is not how it goes and he said pay for extra meat I was baffled I will never return here ever oh and they have long lines and won’t let you use...

RUDE AF! I can’t speak on the sandwich just because I feel like Subway is pretty standard but the workers were all really rude to a woman asking for simple changes within her meal (e.g., wanting a different type of bread). Looked at her like she was crazy for being upset they could make these simple changes. To top it all off, laughed and smiled as if this was all funny and a joke.

As for my sandwich - placed an online order and the tracker said it was complete. Had to wait for them to create my order from scratch when I gave them my name for pickup.

Terrible service and just mean...

This subway did not respect me. I was at this establishment and they did not honor the 20 % off. I asked them to take the amount off respectfully and they did not. I specifically asked if they had taken it off when they didn't. I checked my receipt and They then presided to ban me from the establishment. I left without a fuss just knowing I would never come back to this place...
