Arby's — Restaurant in Washington

Arby's is not what it used to be. The menu pictures are always oversized, non-uniform chicken breasts and the shakes are fancy with whipped cream and syrup. The chicken patty I got was the same thing you get in a gas station microwave; small, flat, tasteless, and not crispy. I tried the new spicy chicken sandwich and the sauce didn't seem too spicy, but had good flavor. A few minutes after finishing the sandwich is when the heat hit me, so it's in there somewhere. I tried the chicken nuggets when they first come out, but they were also cheap; hard, dry, mostly breading, no flavor. The chocolate shake looked like what you used to get at McDonald's in the 90's; no ice cream, no whip, no syrup. It was just that weird processed goop they stick in a machine, which doesn't satisfy a chocolate craving. The curly fries also seemed old and under the heat lamp too long and I didn't get a single curl; it was all bits. The prices have continued to increase significantly over the past couple years, but the food has gone the other way. They have an app, but it does not offer a rewards program or any coupons, so it's kind of pointless. It sucks when the commercials make you want the food and then you get a disappointing pile of unsatisfying stuff. This place shouldn't even be open with how dirty it is. It's been 2 years since it's opened and the kids hired here stand around and don't work. They fire the hard workers because they don't want to work harder. The good workers set to high of a standard for the kids and they fire the good workers for any excuse they can come up with along with stupid unrealistic write ups. The store looks awful because nobody cleans. They also fire the people who actually cleaned it.They should be reported to LNI. They let stuff mold. Touch are food without care. I'll never eat here again and neither will my family. We are shocked that people are that lazy and can fire people because they work hard. Fire the people who can't do anything. They are the reasons why we get sick from fast food. They ruin it for us. maybe if I say this the store owner will learn to train the workers to work because that's what we all are paid to do is to do are jobs. Teach these kids to grow up. Look I'm not trying to be a Karen, but the last 2 times we've been to this location the food was actually inedible.

The first time we tried some new menu items, they got to us cold, overcooked, with little to no sauce on the items. It took probably 30 minutes in the drive through and at this point we actually brought them back for a refund, which we never do.

Yesterday, I thought hey maybe it's a fluke, I'll try again, I ordered mozzarella sticks and a lemonade - not super hard to get right. They charged me for a large lemonade, gave me a small. And the mozzarella sticks were still cold in the middle.

What is happening with upper management at this location that the employees are suddenly so apathetic - I can't fault minimum wage workers for this - they are clearly either under compensated, under supported, or under trained.
