After going to a slightly disappointing at best Korean fast casual spot in the city, my Monday night dinner buddy and I had low expectations for BAB Korean Fusion, but we were pleasantly surprised. Here's why:
The service: The man at the cashier was super friendly and very helpful. He gave us recommendations and even brought our food to our table.
The food: I ordered bulgogi, white rice, and Southeast veggies and it was perfect. It comes with a friend egg, an avocado, and a lime to squeeze on your rice. It's the perfect amount leaving you content.
The atmosphere: There's plenty of wall and window seating and a fun chalk board across the wall seating.
The quirks: They sell a variety of other fun goods from Korea like banana chips, barley tea, and small yogurt drinks.

Read more4.25* I'm a sauce guy. I don't feel the bulgogi came with enough sauce for my life. However someone else may feel different. Has great flavor the egg was cooked perfectly could have used a little more seasoning on the egg, great flavor, could have used another lime wedge the one that came with was a little too small. Would have liked more jalapenos to come along with the veggies. Great flavor. Pleasantly surprised. Parking a nightmare though. I almost wish they would have curb dash, whatever bring the food out to your car so you can park illegally. I will be back to sample the rest of the menu in totality....
