So… long story short the store on Thor does not deliver to my location but still charged me for my pizza. The regal street dominos called me and told me I had to reorder my pizza through their location since the other store had messed up and done something wrong. I said I didn’t want to be charged twice. The guy on the other end was unknowledgeable and kept on telling me he understood “but…”. And then said it was not their fault that the mishap took place. I asked to speak to the manager. Basically the same “I’m helpless to help you.” Kind of nonsense. I was honestly upset at this point because they refused to give me my pizza I had already paid for, then blamed the Thor store and would not even make it right by offering an emergency pizza. I told the manager how hard can it be to get into his car and deliver my (late by now) pizza? This “manager” from the regal street dominoes hung up on me. It wasn’t until my mom called them that they sent me my pizza. My pizza was free, too. When the pizza got here it was delicious and the delivery person was polite. UPDATE: I decided to give them a second chance today and they were super fast and gave me the special with the garlic twists. I’m going to make this one my number one pizza...
Read moreKeep a Watchful eye on Domino's. They will STEAL your money. They STOLE from me and didn't even apologize for the theft. It's the principle of the matter... not the money. In Domino's case it comes down to the LOVE of money and a Shameful business practice.
My actual order came to $56.64. Domino's Pizza rounded up to $57 00 without my authorization. I called the Domino's store at 5620 S Regal St Unit 10, Spokane, WA 99223. They promised to investigate my claim and call back the same day. Since they didn't call me back I can only assume they know all about the theft and now they are LIARS as well. Imagine a huge corporation padding their bottom line by stealing... pennies at a time. I had to call my bank and register the same complaint. I don't care what EXCUSE Domino's comes up with... No matter what Domino's claims as an excuse it is a LIE. I never gave Domino's permission to round up or in any way add to my bill.
DON'T TRUST DOMINO'S AT ALL. I WON'T EVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN.
Additional note: I checked and Domino's did not request to round up for the sake...

Progress meter says "Johnny" is checking my order after coming out of the oven, for quality assurance. At 10:56 I call the store to check on my order. The progress tracker online hasn't moved. I'm told that they are super busy and only have one driver but, he is leaving now. Great! 11:20 delivery arrives.... the guy is very pleasant. Offers my son an extra soda. Thank you.
