Really disappointing. Sat in the bar area. Love the layout. Server started out friendly, however fifteen minutes to get a drink delivered, played it off as server having to wait on bartender. No biggy. I've worked in restaurants. Got our appetizer, was relaxing on a date night out from kiddos. Waiting, waiting, waiting,...... An hour and a half later the server comes over finally for other than a quick glance at our drinks and a break from talking to her I assume boyfriend by the pos, to tell us her shift is over and that we can pay anytime... We pause and say, umm our meal?? She replies with a long uuummmm and looks at server pad... I say did you maybe forget to put it in? Or an issue with the kitchen? She then said i thought i saw them bag your food for uber delivery. She had never come over to tell is Any of this... She maybe felt if she didn't address the problem, it didn't exsist?? I then had to take the bill to another server, I'm assuming from the dining area of the restaurant, to cash us out. He then said he was sorry and he would offer us a coupon or something if he wasn't locked out of the office! Not his fault but wierd answer none the less.... He then had her cash us out. The app was great and I'm disappointed i never got my food, however I will never make the mistake of going here again, it would have been nice if the service here was as good as i recieved from the gentlemen who fed us in the mcdonalds drive thru we ended up going to! Great job boh!...
Read moreCame in on Sunday at 2:30 pm. My husband went to get a table in the bar whilst I ran the the ladies room. I come to our table and sat he said I have been walked by twice and not even a hello, hi I will be right with you, smile nothing, I sit there and I look behind the bar and make eye contact with the server. She then comes around the corner and helps the table behind us, which they were there before us, no drinks on the table. She comes up to us after them and takes my drink order and my husband ask to taste the cider on tap, she leaves the table, greets a gentleman at the counter, takes his order, fills his beer order. She walks over to the machine punches some stuff in and starts making drinks. I myself thought oh good. Then she comes around and loads the smallest tray with drinks for another table that was just being served their drinks, which tells me she still has the last table to do since she is evidently doing one table at a time, to mention she still hasn't brought the taste for him to decide if he even wanted a cider. No I understand being alone and busy, but there was no sense of urgency at all from the girl, lacked energy, like if we wanted anything it would be on her pace. So after 30 minutes with still nothing to drink, we get up and walk out. This is not the first time we have had an issue with Farrellis, the quality of your servers/bartenders needs...
Read moreFarrelli’s Pizza in Parkland has a manager named Hailey that needs attitude adjustment.
I walked into the bar area this evening at 7:58 and watched the bartender who claimed her name is Hailey walk around and served others customers seated next to me while I just sat there waiting. She spent time talking to the customer next to me, pulled game tickets down for him and talked more all the while ignoring the fact that I was seated and waiting at the bar to be served. After nearly 5 minutes of waiting and when she finally decided to look over and asked, with a attitude, what she could do for me I responded she could have helped me 5 minutes earlier. She replied that she was the only one on the floor. She was the only one around but also was the only one talking instead of working. She asked if I would like a drink and when I said yes, she, with a look of contempt slammed a coaster on the bar table. I was shocked that this type of service and treatment was happening to me. When I asked to speak with the manager she said she was the manager on staff. I decided to leave because if this is how Farrelli’s Management treats it’s customers then I won’t be getting anywhere, nor will I be going back or positively recommending the business. It’s really a shame that this is how I...
